    Ingredients
    Spaghetti
    Minced pork 800g
    One carrot
    One white onion
    One star anise
    Three tomatoes
    Some coriander
    Add taste
    4 spoon fish gravy
    1/2 spoon sugar
    2 spoon tomato sauce
    1. Fried the minced pork add taste with 2 spoon fish gravy . Fry till golden brown colour
    2. Add in some oil fry the star anise, onion and carrot , when the veggie turn soft, add in the coriander and tomatoes, braised for 5 minutes
    3. Add taste by half spoon sugar and 2 spoon tomato sauce, put in yhe fried minced meat and half glass water. Braise for another 5 minutes
    4. Then taste the meat sauce, I add 2 more spoon fish gravy here. Meat sauce is ready
    5. Boil water, put in one spoon oil and salt. Cook the spaghetti for 9 more minutes
    6. Take out the spaghetti , add the meat sauce on top. Then can serve. Extra meat sauce can pack and keep in fridge

    1/2匙糖
    2匙番茄汁
    1.起锅烧油,煎肉碎用2匙鱼露调味,煎至金褐色,捞出备用
    2.加入一些油,煎八角、洋葱和胡萝卜,当蔬菜变软时,加入香菜和番茄,焖5分钟
    3.加入半匙糖和2匙番茄汁调味,放入煎香的肉碎和半杯水。 再焖5分钟
