New to your channel from the UK. Your family is delightful, as are you. Such adorable, polite and loving sons, and they clearly appreciate their lovely mama's home cooking! You did a wonderful job creating that delicious feast. If only every home had a wonderful lady like you at the heart of it, there would be far fewer problems and many more happy people in this world!
We never had Sunday suppers but we did have Sunday dinners(lunch) after church every week. We went to grandma’s and grandpa’s house and spent the afternoon. Miss those days now that I am older.
By my definition, that is what I know as "Sunday Supper"! It could be at noon after church, or in the evening, but I know it as Sunday Supper either way.
I have only one child he is the best son in the world. Boys are the best. Mine is an adult it goes by fast you will blink. They will be 26 years old with child of their own.
I miss my southern Sunday family suppers ! But I sure loved them ! All my family still lives in our home town in Florida and only my son and myself live in Ohio , I live alone and still cook daily but not big family meals anymore, but I do still cook more than I need to and I share my home cooked meals with my 95 yr old neighbor , who greatly enjoys and appreciates them ! Beautiful meal Brooke , as always !! ❤️🙏🙋🏻🌈🌈
Brooke you’re the best. And I’ll say it again your boys are amazing, sweet young men. Nobody better that Brayden when he tastes your food. He wears his thoughts on his face.
Brooke, I just love what you cook all the time. Your Sunday suppers are huge you have soo much food. In Australia we just have tins of SPC Baked Beans that are in a tomato sauce and occasionally we get fancy and put grated cheese on top always eaten with toast. Love your kids they are so well mannered and cute. You all are such a beautiful family.
You remind me of how my mother cooked Sunday supers and everyone delicious. The table was always surrounded with family & friends. Watching yours & your family warms my heart and restores my faith in humanity. ❤
For our Sunday supper yesterday I made ham, soup beans, greens, cornbread, Mac n cheese, fried taters and we had strawberry shortcake for dessert! Much love from Texas ❤
We love you so much! You are so adorable and awesome. Your family rules! Thank you for all your guidance and all that you share. ❤❤❤ I love all your videos.
Move over Dusty and boys I'm coming for Sunday supper. Brooke you cook like my mom, aunt, and grandma. All there have now passed away and my siblings have gotten married and moved away so we don’t get to do Sunday suppers that much anymore. But,I'm married no and have started Sunday supper with our kids and grandbabies 😊😊. Your family is so precious! ❤❤
DEVILED EGGS. I learned this trick from my friend Sandy who is a fabulous cook. Now days I mix up those yolks with Marzetti slaw dressing. Just to the desired consistency. Girl, everyone raves about my eggs!
I learned a trick recently for cutting cherry tomatoes in half. If you put them between two matching plastic lids (place the top lid upside down, that will hold the tomatoes all in place. Then take a knife and run between the lids. Just like that, the tomatoes are all cut in half!
Our southern Sunday supper was mashed potatoes, meatloaf, green beans and pumpkin bread iced and cappuccino! Sweet tea for supper! ❤ love these series!
I love watching your videos. You know that you are spoiling those boys of yours! You are going to have to teach their wives how to cook like momma when they get married! Lol, great job on your Sunday dinner. Everything looks amazing!!!
That dinner looked so good! My favorite way to eat deviled eggs and baked beans is to eat the yolk part of the egg by itself then put baked beans in the cavity of the white and eat that together. SO GOOD!
I quick thaw my meat in a bowl of cold water. Let it sit 15-20 minutes and it's thawed. Leave it in its package or put it in a ziplock bag. Works like a dream and you don't get tough meat
Enjoying your videos. Cook your baked beans and anything else for that matter, however you want. I admire people who cook and care for their families the way you do!
Love the Sunday dinners or suppers!! But when I was younger with our Sunday dinners we always had a bread too. Biscuits rolls or cornbread. Sometimes all three depending on how many people were eating with us. I really love your baked beans from homemade pork and beans! This is cooking I grew up on.
Hello Miss Brooke! I just stumbled by your UA-cam page and had to watch a few episodes. This was the 2nd one I watched. I can do all the sides I want but my youngest won't eat them. He's a fried chicken, French fries, hamburgers, pepperoni pizza and hot dog kid. I say kid but he's 20 yrs old. At least my oldest (son) would eat some of the sides you have, also my daughter who's in the middle, and my mama & I love pasta salad minus carrots or anything really crunchy (she can't eat those but that's okay). Thank you for the channel.
Again, love it except for adding salt,to already has a lot of salt in it, 🤔 it would use powder onions and garlic, pepper for added favor!❤😉 Anyways yummy!!! 😋 😁
We make our baked beans similar to yours but no beef, and instead of the bbq sauce, we use molasses. Everything else is the same. Then let them bake until they get that beautiful sticky carmelized top and those bacon slices gets brown.
maybe i'm weird, but i season sweet potatoes with some cinnamon. my family loves it. i never see anyone else doing it though,so now i'm wondering if i'm weird for doing it.
Im a sucker for pasta salad too! Haha O could just eat a big bowl of it for dinner. Im gunna try your recipe. I never would've put the lettuce but I will try and see how it goes. Ty 😊
Have you put your baked potatoes in the crockpot ? I think they turn out so good !! I just wrap them the same way and put on low for 4-6 hours depending on how many 🫠so good
"I dunno, let's find out." Yep! He loved it. Brayden, you never disappoint in how you feel about your mom's cooking! Yummy! Ryder is like his dad, a man of few words, but loves mom's cooking! You knocked that one outta the park, Brooke! I bought some sweet potatoes to bake, too. I like mine with butter, a bit of cinnamon, and a bit of brown sugar if I'm feeling fancy. Otherwise, I can eat them plain because the natural sweetness is heavenly! Mmmm
Looks yummy! Hint: if your kids don't like onion pieces, grate your onion on the large side of a box grater (or food processor). Great onion taste, no pieces!
Your dinner looks delicious! I have watched your videos so much lately, when my husband asks me about some random thing, I find myself saying, ‘I don’t know, let’s find out!´ LOL
Please try baking the potatoes without the foil! The skin gets so crispy & delish. The potato seems fluffier to us. Same method with oil, salt, baking time & temp. Let me know if you try it, so delish! Everything looks yummy!
Hi Brooke! Love your channel ❤ girl can we please get an update on your laundry soap video and how you liked using your homemade soap? Especially now with prices are insane
These shoppers don't have a clue how to shop sometimes. I had instacart deliver a bag of pears, and clearly, 3 were rotten. I like instacart. They reimburse no questions asked. I don't use them often, but when I do, something is always wrong. 😊
Personally, I don't like sweet relish with anything containing mayonnaise whether it's Deviled eggs or egg salad or anything. Dill --- now that's a different story.
Oh, oh, oh, Brooke! I remembered you telling us about onion butter quite a while ago, but I kept forgetting to look for it. I wanted to show you what I found at my nearby Sam's Club.
I grew up on the midwést añd àll thís meat in baked béans is foreign to me, Wé start with pórk and beans add brown sugar, ketchup, mustard to them , and put 2-3 slices of bacon on top. And. Bake 45 - 60 min until done.
I'm from the uk and don't understand why all meals in the usa have a soup in the ingredients it's either chicken, mushroom, cheese or any other, that's one thing we don't do over here,we also don't add cream to many dishes.ive never liked canned soup at all, ever so even though alot of your recipes look good I coujdnt eat them unless there was an alterative ingredient to the soup.
Water?😂😂😂😂 im pretty sure I saw milk😂😂😂😂😂.❤ you ...looks yummy

Baked potato in Air fryer. Coat with olive oil coarse salt. Bake 30-35 minutes. You get a crispy skin. Soo delicious. Like a fancy restaurant
I’m trying that- really crispy skin?
My favorite way airfryer ❤
Only way I make them now!
Oh they turn out great in the air fryer . Yummy Sunday dinner!
Nothing beats a baked potato in the oven, I’ve tried many ways. The oven is the best!
I love how your kids appreciate your cooking 😅

My Mother-in-law made a big Pot of her Homemade Chili with Pork & Beans every Sat. Her Family loves it.
*** Add a little sweet pickle juice to those deviled eggs and it will change your life! 🎉😊
My mom did that once! No one would eat them. We like dill

That's Cowboy Style Beans here. Only meat in our Baked Beans is diced up bacon fried with the onions and peppers❤
Hi, new here but how I eat my baked potatoes most the time is butter, salt, pepper, sliced American and ranch dressing. Yummy.
That dinner looked so good! My favorite way to eat deviled eggs and baked beans is to eat the yolk part of the egg by itself then put baked beans in the cavity of the white and eat that together. SO GOOD!
I’m pretty sure your boys and their future families will be coming to your house for Sunday supper forever❤
I'm gonna make this whole meal this Sunday 😋

If you put a splash of milk in your corn as it's cooking spectacular ❤ Also I use a piece of bread to butter my corn.

Paprika on the deviled eggs at the end is something i learned from my grandma in the 80s/90 when i was little

I agree. You don’t get a true fluffy baked potato with foil. The potatoes steam and it’s just not as good as baking without the foil.
I just love the youngest when the food is sooo good he passes out!
You cook marvelously unfortunately some of your condiments are not available in Canada. I must say you make the most of what's available kudos to you😊
