I have the pocket 10x25, and they are THE BEST $1k I've ever spent on optics. I had to send them back to Swaro in Austria a few years ago, and they completely refurbished them and fixed the somewhat sloppy hinge issue. FANTASTIC customer support. It took about 3 months to get them back, but they fixed them, no questions asked. I had some dirt/sand in the eyecups you could feel and they also corrected that. Also, what you said at 8:15 is so true.. the binos you carry comfortably are better than not having them at all, and you can have these on you all the time.
I agree with you, their customer service is awesome and they are always quick to respond and follow up with you. That is cool to hear that others have had the same experience as me with their customer service! And yes having a nice compact 10 power binocular is awesome for getting those extra details. I am usually an 8 power guy but I really like these 10s for everyday use! Also having them be small enough and lightweight enough to fit in your pocket is literally awesome! Thanks again for leaving a comment! I look forward to more!
I'd say these are extremely underrated binoculars! Extremely sharp, natural and comfortable viewing! Feels SO good in your hands and also has a very classy look 😍
I’m jealous haha I almost bought those ones. I didn’t have a pair of tens before these so I opted for tens to see what I was missing out on. They are nice for point and shoot observation at animals but I do love my 8s. They are definitely underrated I agree!
Oh sweet! I wasn’t sure if anyone would be into the CL. I love these binoculars, they are like my EDC binocular if that’s a thing lol. Hope you liked the video!
I would say that if they work for you then that is great! Alpha glass is awesome, but it comes at a price! It just depends on what you are willing to pay for your glass.
If you're trying to look at things within a small area, the 10s are better. With the 10x, I could make out the numbers on a neighbor's mailbox from 300 yards away, but not the 8x. If you're older or have shaky hands, maybe the 8x would be better fit.
Yeah I agree with everything said above! I really don’t need to add anything to @sinepari9160’s comment, you kind of summed up the pros and cons perfectly! I think the 10s are awesome for when you see something and want a Quick Look at it for more detail. The 8s are better for glassing and spotting movement which is not what I personally use a compact binocular for.
I bought a cheaper 135 euro shuntu 10 x25 at AliExpress....it's an Swarovski clone. I have to give it more time for testing . I don't know if this one is a keeper yet. ( likely not)If not , I will save for the Swarovski 10x25. ( otherwise I keep on buying and buying intil I lost over 2000 with cheaper models) And hopefully that one is a definitive keeper! Thanks for the tip😮🎉😢
Haha I have definitely gone the cheaper route and moved up over the years. It’s hard to go back once you have tried Alpha glass but honestly there are a lot of good options out there on the market. I will have to give those Shuntu’s a look. Thanks for leaving a comment! And definitely let me know how those Shuntu’s work out in the field for you.
I’m not sure! The 10x52s look awesome!! But the 14’s would probably be more useful for me when I’m glassing big open country. I find I like my 8x42s on my chest and the 12x42s in my pack for after first light. So the 14s would take the place of my 12s. I need to sell my 12s before I get the 14s though. I’m still conflicted about which 8s I want to keep though. I like having both but I don’t think it’s practical having 2 pairs of swaro 8s. I feel like the 32s are more practical as a chest binocular.
Yeah I was looking at those when I was making my purchasing decision. But I always run eights and I thought a compact 10 would be cool. Maybe I’ll have to give those a try soon! Honestly I thought they were going to be truck binos, but I find that I always have them on me now lol.

Feels SO good in your hands and also has a very classy look 😍
Couldn't agree more! I carry they more than my big binos. They are fun to hold and still give you a wide FOV at 10 power.
@@ignitedbynature Thank you for this very nice review.
I have the 8x version. Wider view and less shaking than the 10x.

Compact but powerful! I love these little binoculars! They are definitely underrated!😃🥰
Yeah they are! They are awesome everyday binoculars with excellent glass and a sleek look!
Been waiting for this review 🙌

I love the look of these binos and their double bridge configuration is sleek looking!
They are really sleek and they perform just as well as full size options!
Great video! I loved the level of detail and the overall quality of this review! Keep it up!
Thanks, will do!
Great content. I just have a compact pair of diamondbacks 8x32s! I probably should upgrade soon.
I would say that if they work for you then that is great! Alpha glass is awesome, but it comes at a price! It just depends on what you are willing to pay for your glass.
Great video! I would have went with the 8x25s.
Good choice! Yeah I almost did…but I already have 3 pairs of 8s

Super helpful! Thanks again!
No problem! Glad it helped you out!

these and a set of 14x52 NL's w/tripod when available for the patio a great combo.
Heck yeah! That would be an awesome light weight combo.
Awesome collection of Swaros. You getting the NL 10x52 next?

😢love the content! Thanks for the info!
No problem!! Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! I am truly thankful for that!
Compact but powerful and clear!
Yeah they are awesome little Binos! I love that they only weigh 12.3 oz as well.
tbh I think the new curio 7x21 is a better option as a compact binocular in term of size, weight and fov.
Yeah I was looking at those when I was making my purchasing decision.
But I always run eights and I thought a compact 10 would be cool. Maybe I’ll have to give those a try soon!
Honestly I thought they were going to be truck binos, but I find that I always have them on me now lol.
Maybe it is, but this size feels better in hand and is more like a real bino
