Thanks for posting this! - Just seeing all these different people from different walks of life who all share a (clearly obsessive) love for all things Star Wars (like most of us ha ha) - just respond in such wonderful ways. JJ Abrams should feel pretty damn pleased with himself at this point. So much pressure on his plate with this movie from the massive fan-base - and the teaser trailers are blowing everyone away thus far. Its incredible to think how many of us responded so wildly when we saw Han and Chewie at the end of the trailer - clearly Star Wars is firmly etched in the memories of many a childhood.
The cool thing is to see, that still young people from Star Wars are tightened. I remember 1977, when I stood in front of the cinema and my hands were shaking. And after 38 years, it does not change my mind. After all, the old actor, reunited in a new Star Wars movie to see is the biggest. I hope the new film has a lot of the old Star Wars style.The enthusiasm seems to be unbroken.

I realize his voice has deepened with age, but its amazing to me how many people don't realize that it's Hamill's voice. Even when he pets R2 with his robotic hand, and the fact that its an entire scene quoted by Luke from RoTJ.
I just have to say it... you can't translate "alter" to "holy" that just doesn't work ... case "alter" can be short for "alter Falter" does mean "holy shit" than it's correct of corse... but you can use "alter" too as an other word for "dude" or "guy" and that hasn't anything to do with "holy"...
I didn't think I would enjoy experiencing the same trailer 5 or 6 times in a row, but watching their varied - and seemingly honest - reactions made it all worth while. Some had genuine tears in their eyes, others were in a state of shock (Some were both!). All I can say is, the movie itself better live up to the trailer(s). I trust JJ and Kathleen, so I am hopefully optimistic. Can't wait until December 18th! JW3HH
