I feel it most in my lower back when bending down/over for more than a few second or so trying to straighten back up. I still need to see about my right knee as well b/c I did something bad there after squatting a while in the back yard trying to pull up weeds & such that I had neglected for too long.

father time is a real c*nt, am i right??? i'm willing to bet you still have horrendous ergonomics while you work. i can't stress this enough, how much bad posture & ergo doing computer work takes a HUGE toll over time. this week is the calm before the storm... i took next week off and baby brother is rolling through, staying a few days before he heads off lobstering in baja for a few days. i can't wait to eat some fresh caught lobsters!!!
Dude, fresh lobster is the best. I used to love diving for rock lobster when I was stationed in Hawai'i!
Yeah, ergonomics are a problem, but probably from the way I was playing bass. Wrist angles need to be straighter.

Yeah. We got on the wait-list the first year we went and were super lucky. After you go once you are given a slot to rebook. It sold out super fast this year. Maybe even before it went public?
