Does anyone know how to package those epoxy phone grips when you would ship them out? I’m thinking of buying for a design I made to sell but Im unsure how to protect them in shipping?
When I was ordering a sample for my mouse pads I was struggling with the measurements. Since you design it with bleed margins, I was trying to match it so that the stitched boarder was red while the design had a white background. And oh boi I messed up. The mouse pads I want are rectangular with curved edges and they don't provide any template... so now I have these awkward dodgy edges, and like a full cm of red boarders 😭😭😭😭
Yeahhh vograce didn’t have a template so i just submitted the same exact file as I did before thinking it would result the same too. But I guess Vograce needs to improve on this product a bit more. Did you already order your mousepads? Or did you see the border issue when they emailed you a preview???
They are indeed very cute. I'm sorry this company has started to disappoint. You could blame some on language barriers, but certainly not the semi- shoddy printing of the mouse pads, or the surface damages on the resin. I hope someone there has seen this, and will make all efforts to do right by you, and improve in general. I hate when a company I initially really liked goes downhill.

And yeah for sure 😭 I coincidentally saw a tiktok yesterday that this is one reason some artists don’t like to share resources, cuz when a manufacturing company gets popular, they can’t properly handle the the influx of orders. But I’m just hoping with the success they find, they can hire more ppl and get their shit together some day 😆 hahahaha
