Just in case it wasnt apparent, the dotted line on the backup camera is to aid in lining up the coupler with the ball on the truck. And the zoom function is to let you see better if the ball is going to clear the coupler and when you are under it. By far my favorite features, makes hooking up to a trailer quick.
Enjoying the vids! Just bought a nearly identical 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie to yours only with 6 seats. Have about 1,100 miles on it. All I ever owned was Chevrolet's in the past but did my research for a good 6 months and drove every brand of truck and talked with their owners. Couldn't be happier with my purchase! Your vid's helped me to pull the trigger on this! Many thanks! Favorite feature, that back up cam. It's HD picture is amazing, especially backing it up to my trailer.
One very cool feature that I'm extremely proud of is, if you leave the key fob in the truck and manually lock the door when exiting the truck. It will unlock and start honking the horn. Or at least it did for me after going through valet parking and leaving the fob in the cup holder and not in my pocket. 2019 with the push to start.

You know there is a feature to turn off the horn when you do auto start so you don’t have to piss off your neighbors. Oh and you can also do it for when you lock it.
Correct. A lot of numbnuts don't know that. Always great when they come home late or leave early in the morning and wake the baby.... You can do that on most cars but most people are inconsiderate.
Another feature.....inside the middle console towards the rear, you can see there are notches for hanging file folders for you folks who work out of your truck.
Honestly, I use my CD player quite often, stopped the XM subscription, and either Bluetooth music, or use the CD player. Have a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4. Fully loaded, absolutely love the truck. Traded in my '16 Laramie for it, because of all the bells and whistles, compared to the one I had. Mine has the phone charger, panaramic roof, 12" screen. The one thing I dislike is the rear parking assist/stopping. Cannot pull in at a decent speed when backing into driveway with it on. When getting close to the curb, it locks the brakes, as if it is going to hit something. Keep the warning noise, turn off the braking assist.
I have a 2021 Big Horn. Just to add to auto park brake... Mine will automatically disengage when I shift to Drive, also. I moved the back-up cam icon to the main row so I can see if I have pulled forward enough when I need to. In floor bins are great. I keep some basic tools and gloves in one and medical kit in the other. My ram is too basic for those 'fancy' rear seats. Great video. Thanks.
It’s got to be a good day when you’re sitting in a ram knowing the doors will close there isn’t five-serious recalls ,The transmission lasted more than 2500 miles and the uconnect works! and especially there are no cam phasers! 10 times more reliable than an F1 50 my buddies 2018 the back doors would not close after three months and he had to bungee strap them against each other in the rear for a month and a half! that problem started in 2016 three years later ford has not fixed it.

Love my 2019 Ram Laramie 1500. Can we have in settings both the amber mirror light flashing and the noise sound for the blind spot warning without having to have a trailer in tow? The rear seat recline may not look like much but it definitely makes a difference when sitting there. I've always wanted a rear camera that would work without having to put the vehicle in reverse. So happy about this feature. The 8.4 inch screen is plenty big. For me the 12 inch is just too much.
@@DavidVanVoris Ok, I'll check soon. On many cars warning systems I notice that it's only one way or the other. I mean we either get a beeping or chiming noise or some flashing lights. I really think we should have both noise and lights, or at least the option to adjust and set them the way we prefer and it helps us individually the most. easily on our own in the settings. My 2015 Chevy Silverado's seat belt and door open noise was so damn too extremely loud even when I set it to the lowest volume level. That's another thing I like about my new 2019 Ram 1500. I asked the salesperson what that CD player is for, mentioning I don't know anybody who's used a CD in the last 8 years. He couldn't understand it either, but it's a great truck!
@@Hydra360ci It's all of it. If it's not the antenna, it's the third brake light. If it's neither of those it's the cheap plastic frame Ram has on the window. The sealant adheres to a plastic ring on the window rather than directly to the glass. That plastic cracks, as plastic tends to do, and there's nothing keeping the water out. I'm on my third window already due to that crappy plastic frame.
its extremely annoying that my quad cab doesnt have the rear bins or d rings. its still a huge step up from my old truck so its hard to be mad. also the my rear seats dont recline. just because we have a smaller back seat doesnt meant we dont want or have a need for the big back seat features.

Oh man 😂 at least I know im not the only one with a Bang problem. Lets be honest, once you go bang You never going back You can leave bang out for a while and the gas can escape, what you have left is some good energy flavored goodness without the bubbles. Half of a bang is enough for a few hours and leave the other half for another activity/day. The flavors are A-1. Except the cola one...that one was a trip. Love my New Dodge ram Big Horn 160 miles so far
Just hit 19k on mine and love it.
Oh man 😂 at least I know im not the only one with a Bang problem.
Lets be honest, once you go bang
You never going back
You can leave bang out for a while and the gas can escape, what you have left is some good energy flavored goodness without the bubbles.
Half of a bang is enough for a few hours and leave the other half for another activity/day.
The flavors are A-1. Except the cola one...that one was a trip.
The only sponsor I will dream of being endorsed by is Bang.
Beats Monster/Rockstar/Redbull/others.
Only downside is the cost. 2 for 5$ here in California.
I love the music that you are using catchy

I have a 2015 Laramie I bought new. It is the 4th one since I got into them in 2009. Yeah, I bought new and traded every couple years until this one. I liked every one of them except the Tradesman that came with the puny engine. I might trade this one for a 2020 before the end of next year though because I am spoiled. Anyway, just wanted to say I laughed when you said you have owned yours for 7000 miles instead how long you have had it. I have had my truck for about 4 1/2 years and have 8000 miles on it! I have two motorcycles that I ride 8-9 months out of the year and live 4 miles from work though...
Silverado high country’s tailgate lifts back up on its own.
