I think you mean that you can better see the tangent graph if we move the circle left one unit?In that case, the circle would no longer be the unit circle since it would not have center (0,0). In addition, you would not see a correspondence between the coordinates on the unit circle and the points on the graph.
This was so much more understandable than the simple graph they just provided in my textbook, thank you!

Infinity is not a number. We leave it more at the fact that undefined is just an expression that cannot be determined.
