That dictate of erebos is a perfect example that not always flash effectes or a response play is the best, if he had casted that dictate on his turn it wouldn't have a response.
When Nate was trying to cast creatures as blockers for Yargle I was like "All Jason needs is to give Yargle flying and everyone's screwed", about two seconds later I was like "Welp." That was more brutal than when I had Phyrexian Altar, Diregraf Captain, and a tutor in my hand by turn 3.
Yeah, lol. To be fair to Nate he was bluffing and did have the Dictate of Erebos to deal with Yargle, Jason just had an answer to it by blowing up his sac outlet.
not gonna lie, the beast within was silly knowing there's a yargle on board. You hold off on searching for a turn or two and the result would have been you don't die....lol quick game none-the-less and it's kind of a testament to what wizards of the coast has done to the format. creatures matter more than anything else and that's been the crux of the huge push for bigger creatures with better abilities. kinda wild.
@The Dankest Dungeon what's not to like. Everyone got to do some stuff and beating face like that. Then when the time comes having the answer to secure the win! AMAZING! Games like this are why I love Magic.
And now you know why the Thalia & Gitrog player blew all the lands up last time. Why haven't people realized Mana Crypt ruins games yet? Are you all new to commander? When you go somewhere else to play do you bother telling people you have Mana Crypt in every deck? I'm speaking to the people on this video not the comment section. I truthfully want to know the answer.
Mana Crypt is a very strong card that's legal to play in Commander. Just like Sol Ring, Dockside Extortionist, Gaea's Cradle, etc. If people in the playgroup are playing them, it's better if the entire table is also playing them.
The fact that no one could deal with the Yargle is mind-boggling. The fact that a Beast Within was wasted on an Opposition Agent justified everyone's swift death. Hoping for better showcases in the future, fellas.
How could there ever be a better showcase for Yargle in existence?! But I hear you, it's nice when everyone gets to do their thing, but we're not going to script episodes and pull punches to pretend we had a more engaging game, ya know? Thanks for watching!
@The Dankest Dungeon okay? No one's asking for a script - just better threat assessment. The giant 18/6 loaded cannon or the tiny rogue that doesn't let me crack my fetch land? Anyway, keep up the great content!
@@ithrowdice8139 such is life, friend. But, when the good lord of cards blesses you with removal and a choice: imminent death or a slower game - which should you choose?

Wow, what a Voltron takedown. Having the answers in hand was great - Putrefy in response to Dictate was *chef’s kiss*
Heck yeah!
I like that even though this was fast there was a lot of attempted interaction
That man was a menace, I can respect that
Me after seeing the first few seconds video: ey, hopefully no more mass land destructions.
Me after seeing 8 mins total for the video: 😮

God. And here I thought the Thaliog win was brutal. Was cracking up that this was an 8 Min vid
Yargle will not be contained!
I’d rather watch this than a game that drags out because no one has lands
@@EthanHunt-p1t You right. Still had me laughing my ass off tho
100% what I expected to see from one of the decks. I’ll build it myself when the cards drop.
I’d rather die to yargle than live with op agent
They tried to warn him…

kinda wild.
That was a hilarious game, silliness over the top 😂.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I was washing my dishes, casually watching this... Until I heard 21 commander damage, stop everything and rewind to see what turn is that...
Haha, nice!
amazing shots and editing
Gosh darn! I thought the Dementia would have been the game winning piece, but a mono black aura snuck in the win. Great vid!
Thanks!
Flying Yargle!!!
And a demon in addition to his other types :)
Nice win!
Yargle rules 🔥
He's kinda neat :)
Is there a decklist for yargle?
We post all of our deck lists over on Patreon for our supporters there.
Amazing and Fun!
Lol, glad you liked it.

I love to watch you guys play? Have you guys ever thought of some 1v1’s too?
We're open to other formats, only problem is whether they'd be popular enough to garner similar viewership as the four play Commander games!
I can’t afford the patreon but how much are the decks roughly? 😢
I'd say the average price on this is around $2K.
Love how horrible Nates' threat assessment was 🤣🤣🤣
I think he may have had the Dictate the entire time and was just bluffing.
Godo could never 😤
😂
Frogs for the win
Ribbit!
Nate trolled tbh
Play more removal!
Thalia is noices
I target salt over someone's commander, would have sniped the agent too no hesitation!

@@TheDankestDungeon agreed. If the table plays high power cards then it’s best to not leave a guy out, guns to a gun fight.
As someone who thinks Mana Crypt should be banned in EDH, I'm fine if someone chooses to run it. If it's legal, I ain't gonna say don't run it.
@TheAverageGuyTAG If you lose to someone a turn or two before you would I guess you can't get upset either then I suppose.
Ronald all you do is bitch is that normal?

Easier said in retrospect

Not to mention opp agent is a proper target if you want to be able to continue your game. Fetch lands and any searcher becomes dead in hand.
