Yup, I get that and all that, just without the fancy technical words, ehehehe, seems that when there is an idea to be shared is 10 times better to make a presentation out of that ideal so that idea could be explored further, thus the individual that came up with the idea, gets the credit for the idea upon presenting and conversation about the idea! 😺🥰👩💼⭐💎

Gain deeper knowledge in that domain then you will be easily able to speak more and share knowledge. It will automatically come out during meetings.
