My screen does the same thing and every now and then it will work. I have updated the firmware and then went back to an earlier firmware and the screen still won’t work. I have to manually change everything. Any idea on how to fix this issue?

To my disappointment the keyboard touch screen I believe is defective. I tested a keyboard similar to this one at the Guitar Center here near my house. On the keyboard that is in the store for demonstration I realized that it does not have this defect that this one I received has. I confess that I was disappointed with this keyboard that I received today.

Yamaha has worst touch screens compare to Roland keyboards.U can also feel a bit lag on it😑

Hi Demis - it's been two years since you posted this, but did you manage to fix it? I've had the same problem for about a year now.
I love Yamaha keyboard but this is the worst one 😔
