This was this past Saturday/Sunday. That’s my husband on the dock, lake three. I noticed my RAM in the background parked behind you guys. 😆 Going again tomorrow night for the whole weekend. Best of luck!!! 🎣
I was just there yesterday!!! I unfortunately didn’t catch any trout but I saw like 10 dead ones in the water and they were good sizes!! I wish I caught one
Nice. That’s a Chonker Carp. I was there early. I saw hundreds of fish caught that day but these 3 you got were the only 3 I saw caught in the mouth. So many people snagging. Not fishing for mullet or spoonbill here. No sport in it. Nice catches and good job on letting the Giant go. 👍🏻🦵🏻🦨🗑️🔥💪🏻 🤙🏻
@JBfishing619 cool...I was there for my birthday in a cabin in September.....I was soooo disappointed in the water quality of that last last....compared to the first few lakes...
It was tough opener , the weather/water is to warm. Just went today tuesday most fish caught early morning. Powerbait was the winner with 6 fish, red gold bottom flakes minnow caught 2 , more moneters floating than swimming
@@vaunvaun4629except they all die when not handled correctly. Trout don’t like being handled at all and if you are using bait the swallow the hook and trying to get it out will cause death. If a trout bleeds it’s dead even swimming away. Laying a trout on the ground gets rid of its immune system as does handling it with dry hands. Very delicate fish. Carp on the other hand you can put it in a cooler drive home and it will still be alive
Nobody really caught any during the opener there was alot of dead trout due to a leak when they were stocking the trout and they died due to lack of Oxygen
Man your girl got the trout nails, by your side chillin that’s the best catch🫡

Appreciate you bro
In the UK that would be a Christmas carp. Funny they actually eat a carp instead of a ham for Christmas or something. They are fun as hell though
What number lake was this? That carp looked like it had a belly full of eggs in it ..
Lake 3
