Great video Grant! Take it from a hardcore Steelheader, be careful, not to fall in. Hypothermia is a killer. Twice, I fell into frigid water, and without a wool blanket and the shelter of my Jeep, I'd be dead. I was barely able to open and start my Jeep... That was up on the Snoqualmie River years ago, when there was a run of Steelhead. Tight lines, and keep dry!
Awesome,time to bring out the midge box,thermals & look for slower,deeper water,great video & great scenery,stay safe,stay warm,tight lines & bent rods 🤙 🇺🇸
That’s a beautiful spot.I don’t want to know the exact spot what state what is the name of the river ? also what nymph were you using. Great at job take care
Today I fished one of my local rivers and to my surprise I didn't catch much in the slower, deeper water where I started. 90% of the fish I caught were in the faster water on the bottom. I think I put around 20 in the net in two hours. What a glorious day it was.
I noticed that Noah was hiding in the background in this video. Tell the truth now, was he up on the bank keeping a fire going so you two could stay warm?
The ending 😂
😂 so funny man!
Definitely one of your best videos, perfect blend of talking, nature, and music 👍 love the landscape
Wow, thank you! Appreciate the feedback 👊
What an intro! Great storytelling 👏
Glad you liked it! Thank you
I really like your 🧢. Did buy purchase it someplace, or sell it yourself? 🙂

Were you using a double nymph rig and what flies were you using? Cool vids man.
You got that right! Thanks so much man, tight lines 😄👊
Thanks so much! Yes, double nymph rig. Small midge up ton with a little jig streamer on the bottom. A jigged bugger 👍
That’s a beautiful spot.I don’t want to know the exact spot what state what is the name of the river ? also what nymph were you using. Great at job take care
at 14:30 do you see that log on the other side of the river with its rootball set on the rock? That tree was placed there.
Love the retro intro!
Thanks so much!! 😄
Everything I wanted to see in a fishing video:
Passion
Happiness
Good Vibes
More to come! Appreciate your feedback and kind words 😄🙌
@ if I may ask is this Montana, Colorado?

That is awesome! Sounds like an awesome day 😄👍
Those were some awesome bows!!!
Thanks man!! 👍
Beautiful water. In my experience in the winter I catch more fish in the shady sections of the river, than the sunny sections.
It sure is beautiful!
Amazing video!
Thank you!! 😄
Where is this?
What pack are you using? I’ve started lugging my full frame camera around and am looking for waterproof options.
Awesome! That waterproof pack is made by backcountry skinz, highly recommend them! 😄
@ thanks man! I was digging the camo design on it. And, the price is sick!
I was there and I’m watching this feeling jealous
What kind of nymphs or dead streamers are you fishing?
Usually midges and Perdigons for nymphs. The Streamer I was dead drifting was a jigged bugger.
What pole and reel are you using
Diamondback Aeroflex 9ft 5wt rod and Orvis CFO reel
I noticed that Noah was hiding in the background in this video. Tell the truth now, was he up on the bank keeping a fire going so you two could stay warm?
I wish… he was being even more useful however running the camera for me 😄👏 we were definitely tempted to get a fire going!
why doesn't this man get paid more
Appreciate you!! It’ll pay off one day 😄👍
