Just want to say, I’m expecting my first in February, baby boy! I’ve been watching you for a few months now and you bring me a lot of peace and excitement as I await to start mommy life. Thank you for making your content for us, Lauryn!!!🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼💖💖🩵🩵
This story made me cry the first time I read it on instagram & it made me cry again while watching this video! What a beautiful story, thank you for sharing it with us lauryn 🥺
My jaw literally dropped from most of this video wow, what a crazy but beautiful birth of your sweet baby girl, so happy for your family and in awe of your calmness the whole time!
Your videos are so reassuring for me as a first time mom due in December. Like an older sister I never had! Thanks for sharing and congratulations on your daughter❤️
Such a beautiful birth story 🩷 so encouraging as well! I’m due with my second early next year & planning another home birth but am feeling a little bit more nervous this time round as I have a better idea of what to expect. Hearing how well you did, how you didn’t tear & how smooth everything went is so encouraging. Am praying all the same things for my labour & birth! Well done mama x
100% they were all watching because they wanted to see such an amazing thing! I worked in registration at an ER and we went RUNNING to anything that we didn't get to see often. 😂 congratulations! That's such a fun labor story ❤
just like everyone, i love listening to your stories. you being so calm and sure is very lovely to hear. i’m so happy for your experience for both your births. so reassuring because im so absolutely scared to give birth. congratulations beautiful. thank you for sharing your experience, i love going through these years with you
woow love this birth story in so many ways!!! naia girl your so loved, congrats on baby no 2, ty for sharing such a beautiful story, it made me sob, so proud of u! have been watching u since u were in college and im just so excited for what’s to come ! ily lauryn 🩷
This is so beautiful, Lauryn! It’s my dream to have an unmediated birth and you speaking about your experience was so inspiring. You seem so calm and composed throughout the entirety of the clips shown. You are so strong! Thank the Lord for a healthy delivery for your beautiful baby, Naia 🤎
I’m so glad your birthing experience went so well with your baby girl! It’s crazy how fast you went into labor! But so happy you and your family are doing well! Love your videos! 🤍
Thank you for sharing! I love watching and hearing birth stories! I just had my second unmedicated birth (3rd baby in 2.5 years haha) and it’s such an incredible experience!!! Good job mama!!
Such a great birthing story again! I love that for you truly! You were born to be a mother. Hope adjusting to 2 under 2 is going okay. I only have 1 year old and she keeps me on my toes, but your birthing stories makes me feel hopeful for my future pregnancies and trusting my body more
Thank you for sharing your birth story with us!! You are so strong, and Naia is so precious!! 💗💗 Wishing you and your family all the love and happiness!
I'm so happy you had such a fast, safe and beautiful delivery. I don't know how I would've handled being surrounded by so many people😅 you handled it with such grace
Omg we had such a similar birth experience. However, when those contractions started coming back to back I knew we weren't going to make it to the hospital so we stayed home and gave birth in my son's nursery 😂 Congrats on your daughter!! 💗
I just want to say hello and how much I appreciate your content. I started following you when you were pregnant with Zeke, my youngest is within a couple weeks of Zeke. You are so strong and it’s inspiring! I’ve had 4, all with epidurals though. It’s amazing to see what our bodies are capable of if we can work through it. Thank you for taking the time to film and edit this with 2 babies, I know it’s tough 😅 I loved hearing the story and I can’t wait to see the little ones keep growing ❤
It’s crazy how so many birth stories that end up in the ER you have a that one ER doctor that don’t know crap. And you have a nurse correcting the degree doctor. How this happens so often is insane. But it’s the USA healthcare. I loved your birth story Lauren! I wished everyone’s birth story was like yours. If everyone had your calmness and tolerance we would all have less c sections probably. Talking from c section birth.
For me, with my first, my water broke a week early before my scheduled C-section. So I labored for a week with my daughter. We went to the ER when my water broke and they looked me over, kept me a few hours, then sent me home. Because I wasn't ready yet. So I had my daughter on the scheduled due date. So it was painful for me to have to labor for a week. I'm glad y'all went so well. She is too cute. Congratulations.
My water broke with my first and for me nothing really happened, ended up agreeing to pitocin to get things going. I think it’s so amazing how different everyone’s birth experience can be.
The nurse in me is yelling GET TO THE HOSPITAL when you were saying you were shaking and didn’t wanna have the baby at home. That period is what we call transition and means baby is coming like ASAP. You killed that labor mama, way to go!!! ❤
Hey everyone Jesus loves you and you are not alone. If you want children God will provide. If you are pregnant and scared; God will provide. Jesus is with you and He will never leave you.
Thank you so much for sharing your story with us! Such a beautiful experience. Did you do any prep to not tear for your second? I’m so scared of tearing again 😅
I have so many questions!! Were you not able to get to the birthing center? You said you waited until it got intense to go! Did you mean to try and birth almost all the way at home?? My water broke dramatically at home with my first baby.
@elizabethoest l had an epidural and felt completely no pain. I did have an urge to push during labor and I still felt the "relief" after baby came out
Birth center was part of the hospital! So we made it but not to the birth center floor lol. We wanted to labor as long as I was comfortable with at home but when things started happening super fast I knew it was time to go hahaha
Honestly, it is so difficult knowing when to start heading to the hospital. I have had two births and I just go right away lol. I think for my son I waited for an hour or two. Then delivered after 15-20 min of being in the hospital
How did you like those spikey balls?? I have heard of combs but not the balls, and it looks like you were rubbing them into your thighs? Thanks for sharing your story 💕 been watching for real life glimpses of what to expect in a month when I have our baby, I’ll have two babes 13 months apart!
Omg the balls were amazing!!! I either squeezed them in my hands if I was standing, or rubbing them on my thighs helped a lot more for when I was sitting!!!
I always loved watching your videos all the way back when they were about studying productively. (I also was in college) now I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant with my first and plan on having a at home birth with a midwife. I’m so nervous about how the whole process goes but hearing your story of how well yours went brings me hope 🙏🏼. (Also I didn’t know we had “breaks” in between contractions, that is so reassuring 😊)

It was a long labor. She wasn’t recognizing labor. It was all day . Even the early morning.
Can’t wait to watch ❤
Yay!!!!

Wow, hearing your story felt intense. I’m glad god kept you strong through all this and you and baby were okay ☺️💪🏼
God was a constant ❤️❤️❤️❤️

You labored a week!!!! You’re amazing.
Congratulations on Baby Girl ! Hope Zeke loves being a big brother! I'm sure he loves her.
He really does ❤️
This makes me so excited for when I have my own baby!
I’m so excited for you!!!
Congrats on your new addition!
Thank you!!!
@@laurynwillkomm ofc! Can I ask you a question please?
Great video 😊
Thanks! 😊
You definitely can do a home birth with the next baby.
Congrats on baby girl! ❤
Yes! Thank you!
My water broke with my first and for me nothing really happened, ended up agreeing to pitocin to get things going. I think it’s so amazing how different everyone’s birth experience can be.
So cute!!!
How old was Zeke whenever you got pregnant with babygirl? 🩷
10 months :)
The nurse in me is yelling GET TO THE HOSPITAL when you were saying you were shaking and didn’t wanna have the baby at home. That period is what we call transition and means baby is coming like ASAP. You killed that labor mama, way to go!!! ❤
Yeah definitely was in transition hahahah
You could have had a home birth! My 1st 2 were hospital births, then the next 3 were homebirths!!
It’s such a relief to hear how you were nervous about leaving Zeke because I feel that way about leaving my first born 😢
awww yes such a valid feeling!!!
lol the ER dr said 6. Glad you had a happy healthy birth
Hey everyone Jesus loves you and you are not alone.
If you want children God will provide. If you are pregnant and scared; God will provide.
Jesus is with you and He will never leave you.
Amen!
Thank you so much for sharing your story with us! Such a beautiful experience.
Did you do any prep to not tear for your second? I’m so scared of tearing again 😅
Not really!!!! Nothing different than my first
Your and olivia Cantrells stories are so similar!!!😌💖🩵
Yes💗💗💗🫶🏼
❤❤❤
Reading this from Instagram blew my mind
Hahahaha
Can’t believe the ER Dr said you were at a 6 lol
yeah HAHAH
She’s pretty
Thank you 🤍🤍
What did you do to prep your body for birth?
Lots of prayer, walking/staying active, red raspberry leaf tea, and that’s about all this time around!!!
Those all sound like great things to be doing! Just trying to prep my body for a good birth!!
I want kids… but I’m so scared lol
Baby is so cute!! How do you pronounce it properly?🖤🖤🖤
Ny-uh🤍
Sometimes it feels like a pop w hush. That was my 1st baby.
❤😊
❤️❤️❤️
I have so many questions!! Were you not able to get to the birthing center? You said you waited until it got intense to go! Did you mean to try and birth almost all the way at home??
My water broke dramatically at home with my first baby.
It's normal body reaction to push on its own!! Unless you have epidural.
I think body can still push even with epidural!!!
@@laurynwillkomm it can!!
Did you do anything to help preventing a tear the second time around?
was going to ask the same! i had a second degree tear the first time around and had a rough recovery so give us all the tips lauryn!!!🤍
Nothing different from my first!!!
I had a C-section at 33 weeks pregnant and hopefully he gets to come home next week, he was born 10/14/24 and he is my first baby
Congratulations mama 💗
Honestly, it is so difficult knowing when to start heading to the hospital. I have had two births and I just go right away lol. I think for my son I waited for an hour or two. Then delivered after 15-20 min of being in the hospital
thats amazing!!!
Please give tips on not tearing lol
honestly no tips lol... just lots of BREATHING through pushing
My life in few months and kind of scared of 2 under 😭
You’re going to do amazing
How did you like those spikey balls?? I have heard of combs but not the balls, and it looks like you were rubbing them into your thighs? Thanks for sharing your story 💕 been watching for real life glimpses of what to expect in a month when I have our baby, I’ll have two babes 13 months apart!
Omg the balls were amazing!!! I either squeezed them in my hands if I was standing, or rubbing them on my thighs helped a lot more for when I was sitting!!!
lauryn kamu memiliki wish apa aja di tahun 2025 kalo aku boleh tau love from Indonesia 🇮🇩
Omg I love that so much. You’re going to do AMAZING and im seriously so stoked for you to experience birth!!!!💗💗💗
