When I was like 12, and there were was no internet in my household. I took apart my grandpa's computer that he donated to us. Cleaned out 1/4 of buckets worth of dust build-up using water on a rag. Waited a week and let it dry. And it worked fine. Played Colin McRae Rally racing on it. Did this without any knowledge of how to properly clean a computer. Super fortunate it worked.
That's the reason for not using tap water for water-cooling unlike Linus suggests. Lots of impurities can cause shorts, corrosion, etc. Better to use some non-conductive fluid and maintain it.

I feel like a more clear version of this glass would be really cool for a skylight. During the day its fogged to defuse the light and at night its clear so you can see the stars.
Not gonna lie... This is my dream PC case. Never have to worry about changing cases to fit motherboards, it is a standing desk that has the ability to change positions on the fly, and if you do a complete upgrade to a new rig, you can just put that in the secondary side instead of replacing everything and you can turn the old rig that's inside into a storage server. Yeah, the desk with everything inside is like 500 lbs, but unless you are moving, you don't have to worry about moving the desk. And even if you do need to move it in the same room, just have furniture sliders under the legs.

I've been watching Linus and Co build obnoxiously expensive PCs for hours and it kind of makes me want to get some RGB, but I just spent like $80 on non-RGB fans.
After looking at bad reviews on RGB fans and led controllers I just got some black fans and called it good. Doesn't look as cool but as long as it's cool oh well
RGB can look cool, but if it ever comes down to better quality/higher performing gear or gear with RGB, I'll take the better quality every time. Especially Noctua fans.
I'm gonna make one for sure! Started on dual core pentium graphics, at 2080s now. Gonna build a sff pc now, then the desk pc! I can't build an overkill pc now though 😂

I think I went a little overkill with the storage on my first build I just finished, It has an M.2-256GB with windows installed on it, a Samsung Evo 870- 500GB SSD for programs and such, and finally Barracuda 2TB HDD for media.

This lockdown has taught me the wonders of the multi-computer Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Its no gaming keyboard/mouse, but it works for what I need flipping between my personal and work laptops
The next step is to have embeded keyboard and mouse at the front part of the desk and integrated monitors that rise out of the back. The mouse needs to have buttons surounding the touch pad in the position fingures would actually be and not bellow it.
If you had fixed peripherals in mind, why not go for a trackball or trackpad, then? Sacrifice ergonomics for style -- don't worry, you may get used to it! :D

I think I went a little overkill with the storage on my first build I just finished, It has an M.2-256GB with windows installed on it, a Samsung Evo 870- 500GB SSD for programs and such, and finally Barracuda 2TB HDD for media.

The next step is to have embeded keyboard and mouse at the front part of the desk and integrated monitors that rise out of the back.
The mouse needs to have buttons surounding the touch pad in the position fingures would actually be and not bellow it.
If you had fixed peripherals in mind, why not go for a trackball or trackpad, then? Sacrifice ergonomics for style -- don't worry, you may get used to it! :D
