    The whole family and friends will love this recipe even fussy eaters like people who don't like greens.
    Here is the list of Ingredients:
    FOR PASTA:
    250-300g Pasta (Spaghetti or Fettuccini or any)
    ¼tsp Salt
    Drizzles of Cooking oil
    Boiling Water
    FOR SAUCE:
    4tbsp (1/2 stick or 50g) Butter
    1/2pc minced Onion
    200g Mussels, cleaned (half-cooked to open the shell, remove byssus/hair)
    400g Shrimps, cleaned (deveined, peeled)
    1cup (200ml) fresh Pesto Sauce (recipe below)
    1cup (200ml) Heavy Cream (or all purpose cream)
    1/2cup (100ml) Pasta Water (from boiling the pasta)
    1/2cup Parmesan Cheese (¼ to put on sauce, ¼ to put on top of pasta)
    Instructions:
    1. Boil the pasta based on the packaging instruction, usually about 8-10min. Put salt and oil on the boiling water for added flavor and avoid pasta sticking. Drain the water, and reserve 100ml (1/2cup) of pasta water to be put on the pasta sauce.
    2. Over medium heat, melt the butter.
    3. Add minced onion and stir.
    4. Add mussels and shrimps, stir until the shrimp changes its color.
    5. Pour the fresh pesto sauce, heavy cream pasta water, parmesan cheese (half), then stir until the seafood are coated with sauce. Turn-off the heat.
    6. Add the pasta and mix until fully coated with sauce.
    7. Sprinkle the other half of parmesan cheese on top of the pasta. Enjoy!
