You can always attach SOLAS “A” reflective tape to the can. Also attach a pouch containing signal mirror, strobe light, PLB as well as a flashlight & chem lites. It’s always best to have some survival gear on hand should u get out a bit farther than desired… it happens. 😁👍👍🇺🇸
I was wonder is there a line size you use for this? Like for a reel it should thin enought but do you ever use a thincker line and if yes what size? Thank youm
I use a small size reel. I’m including a link of the reel that I use. You can probably find it cheaper than this website but I am just showing you what I use with this float. I have the end of my line tied in a loop and I use a small carabiner, then I just attach it to the tuna clip on the float.
They make 2 different sized options to buy. The one i used in the video was the larger of the 2 options. In my opinion, this is a premium quality dive buoy. Out of all the Scuba buoys I've used over the past 17 years it's my favorite along side the seac seamate. I love the seamate for its storage area above water and it's amazing buoyancy. The Lifeguard buoy also has amazing buoyancy but no storage area, but after your done you can put your fins on either side of the lifeguard buoy, My reel handle also slips in there, and everything else I have clips on. The price associated with this dive flag buoy is convenience of getting something that's ready to go into the water and a proven buoy that works. I enjoy making my own stuff but sometimes convenience is worth the price tag. Thanks for watching and for the comment.
You can make one for yourself. Find a flag and a clip. I drilled it and passed across a thin plastic tube for the flag, then filled the buoy with polyurethane foam. It is IMMORTAL. 😂
This is the company’s website where you can find it This is the 35” spearfishingworld.com/product/lifeguard-float-rescue-can-spearfishing-buoy/ This is the 28” spearfishingworld.com/product/compact-lifeguard-float-rescue-can-spearfishing-buoy/ I still use this float and I still love it. I put my find through the side handles and it acts like a caddy for all my stuff.

I prefer the rock over Hasselhoff but it was a nice cameo
The rock is already in everything else.
