I have both of them and agree that the assembly of her China dress figure was a pain in the ass, but worth it. I felt that with her weapon, the support rods kind of blend in and if you have her under colored lights or blue backgrounds they aren’t as noticeable. But the other figure was my first Albedo figure and she’s perfect.
They do stand without them. But they don’t look the same, as they go a bit down due the weight. And probably with time they can fell, we don’t know how resistant can be the plastic. So as Dana says: the rods are there for a reason.
Yea the rods look terrible, I have this figure but I haven’t unboxed her yet, I didn’t even know about the support rods until I read a review on your website and I had already got the figure at that point, and your website is the only site that has reviews written. That’s actually a great feature that other websites don’t have, really like that people can leave reviews. But I’m not going to use the rods, I hate support rods, I have absolutely no idea why they can’t design the figure so that it doesn’t need them, especially this figure, they could have put a small rod on the tips of the wings and have them key into the base since they’re already hanging down that low, just have a splash of water coming up and key it to the wings.
It’s very likely they realized the need for support rods later into the product design and manufacture cycle. Maybe they started noticing issues with their first prototype etc. Otherwise, as you said, it’s probably more cost efficient to just have water splash out from the base to support the wings than have separate rods, base holes, support parts etc.
I recently visited your UA-cam channel and noticed that it has a visually appealing design. However, upon further inspection, I identified several areas that could use improvement. One crucial aspect is search engine optimization (SEO), particularly the implementation of rank tags and tag volume. It seems like these elements have not been fully addressed on your channel. There may be other issues as well, but these are the ones that stood out to me

I saw the FuRyu one for a good discount on AmiAmi. I almost wanted to get it but I couldn't accept those ugly support rods.
Wow this is so direct to the point unboxing vid 👏
mine just arrived, your assembly guide helped me a lot
I’m getting the china dress version over the white dress because I love the serious face better, she looks untouchable.
Damn, the pictures don't really do this figure justice, that's epic looking when done
Personally, waiting for an Albedo figure with her armor from episode 4 Ruler Of Death
But to be fair there are quite a few Albedo figures out there we need more Ainz and other characters just saying.
@@laughinghyena7428agreed. We need the whole team.
Both. Both are good.
My biggest question is "Are the support rods mandatory?" Could I reasonably try to have this figure stand WITHOUT the rods?

If you are not planning to sell the figure, drilling holes and have a rod running through the connection will help a lot. Magnets can do too.
I just ordered mine from Amiami, the price is very good right now, and the supports don't look the best on the figure, but for the price, i don't mind
I tried your method and had to reassemble it. It is better to put the figure in the base first.🤔
How long did you wait for the delivery
I have both and they are beautiful, BUT i need A LOT of space in my room xD
They must look gorgeous together!
nice review.
She is beautiful in her china dress. But amiami wants around 60 bucks for shipping with EMS. Ouch. 😔
