- This video tutorial explains how to make Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) in a few simple steps!
Instead of wasting a lot of time making individual cards, why not make 4-6 of them at the same time? This video shows you how!

Here are the supplies you will need for this project (product links below):
Watercolor paper - I use 140 lb.(300g) Canson, 7" x 10"
Watercolor paints - I use Jane Davenport's "Neutrals" pallet (specifically "spice" and "blueberry")t, but any watercolor paints will work
Golden Matte Medium (you may need additional types of glue depending on what you're adhering to your ATCs)
Ephemera (I use lace, flower trim, doilies, used postage stamps, feathers and rhinestones, but you can embellish your cards with whatever you wish)
Focal points (4 to 6 different)
Pieces of scrap cardboard (if you want to make the "viewer template" to isolate sections that are 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" for your cards)
Stabilo all pencil (for dark, smudged edges) or Distress Ink
Basic tools: Paper trimmer, scissors, paint brush and glue brush

Canson XL Watercolor to make tags and paint them: amzn.to/2H0ynpX
(This is a great paper to use to make your own ATC's, cards and tags. I don’t care for it so much for watercolor painting, though).

What a wonderful video share! Thank you. I think this would be a fun project for our girls afternoon we have every other week.
These are fun! I have another video I'm editing now that shows how to make cool backgrounds for ATCs. Please subscribe and watch for that one - hope to post it soon!
Mixed Media Maniacs awesome! I have subscribed and I am looking forward to seeing the next video.
Did you Mod Podge the lace on? Mind blown! I had no idea that I could use mod lodge for attaching ribbon!
Yes, you can use Mod Podge as basically glue on paper. It's a nice finish if you do thin coats and works with lace, ribbon and fabrics, too. Glad you enjoyed the video!
Wonderful ATC's and the video too. Can't wait do see what you will send me.
