Deano and Adam Thanks for your great video, We just happened by chance on your site, as we are looking to purchase a Jayco camper van, and your video beats even Jayco's pretty pathetic website. So happy to have found you.We have loved looking at some of your other adventures, and looking forward to seeing more. So lovely to see you guys so happy together, with your little dog Twyla, may you have many happy adventures together.Wanda
Hi guys, great insight into the vans. I have a Renault Master (RM-19) on order with all the trimmings. Can't wait to get rolling! Thanks for your videos.
Loved your video. For us, and our dog Daisy, it’s going to be the Fiat Ducato. We like the many features in such a compact unit. We will order the diesel heater and outdoor shower options for a fully-equiped experience. Keep those videos coming!
Deano, great video- were you just lucky or did you arrange the time? 😂 (time to vlog / no pesky salesperson) … As Vanlifers you give some great choices, if $$$ didn’t matter we’d get the All terrain Mercedes under a RV body. We are hooked on rv’s for the space, but the smallest (wheelbase) for drivability /manoeuvrability. Oh & BTW the codes on the back of the vans do having a meaning.. Letters: RM = Renault master (base) FA = Fiat Automobile (base) MS = Mercedes Sprinter (base) Middle number: 19/20/21/22 = wheel base in feet Last number: 1/2 = layout or trim option. Xx Scott
Nice to see through all these vans as I've been looking at swapping car and caravan for one. You pointed out the fan on the roof of one of the vans, but it is actually the 4g wifi extender, for some reason a lot of Jayco vans just come with pop up vents with no fans, which I really think they should consider for better ventilation. The price of all of them has unfortunately gone up by about $3-5k also since your video due to demand and manufacturing costs, with about a 1 year delivery wait. Sales agent at Jayco told me next years prices may be going up by another 10% also, so worth considering getting in now if your looking at one of these rather than putting it off till next year. Also they have no AC inverter, meaning you need a generator if you plan to be off-grid for any length of time without idling van to charge or if you want to use your DC power for coffee machines, toasters etc.
Hi Matthew Thanks for the in-depth info. Great information for fellow readers on channel. We have posted a more up to date video title Jayco Geelong, which would show price increase too. Thanks. Happy Camping! Deano
