Yeees
Can you do a rise and fall video on TVXQ and shinee also super junior
Um I have a suggestion, bandmate scandals
What I dont understand is that why keeping them from dating allows the fantasy that you could date your idol. If they're banned from dating, they can't date you either... I'd rather them have the freedom.
Yeah, it's stupid, thats just feeding the stalkers more power to hurt IDOL's.
Thank you!
It’s how these companies make extra money.. by making the fans obsessed of their idols
@@cherryblossom7120 exactly
@@erasmus9511 it makes wonder if companies allow idols to date while broadcasting their relationship as fan service, then that would make some bank ass money, instead of making idols do fan service with their teammates.
I heard there is gay/same sex couples that dispatch has but they choose not to expose them because they know Korea isn't accepting.
Who?
peaches daniel uh I’m not sure but they said it themselves plus companies also pay them not to expose them as well
peaches daniel they did try to expose taemin and kai but the rumors were false you can look it up there are photos
@@eyeconics lol... 😂😂
@@honesty8605 they are probably VERY famous, or at least one of them. There is no way company would pay to keep relationship a secret if idol is not "profitable"
The memes when Jihyo and Daniel dating secret was out were so delicious 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
*HELL YEAH*
Yes 😂
*HELL YEAH THAT WAS EPIC*
Could you do homosexuality in kpop, and how some fans like to ship group members together but wouldn’t accept them if they was actually gay? That would be an interesting topic
Grace covered something similar in a video of hers. You should check it out. Coming from someone who was in the kpop scene, she explains a lot
Salty Pancake what is the name of the video?
Salty Pancake Ohhh I know her channel. Thank you
Ani X.100 her channel is grazy grace but idk the video
I have a suggestion: Could you talk about the increase of kpop delving into the western market and why it became popular?
I have my own taughts on that to right after BTS K-pop became a global hit.
Agree
@@PutriArumsariputpit18 Everyone suddenly want to go K-pop

shoutout to seohyun that was stalked by dispatch in a coffee shop but got none 😂
They thought she was going to meet a male idol, but instead she was there reading a book 👀
I feel like 1-2 years max should be the dating ban for all idols because you've come to become an idol and you should take your career seriously. But more than 2 years is actually unfair. They all are still humans and they should be allowed to love.
Usually dating bans aren’t real for idols and are just a show so fans don’t believe their dating. It’s literally illegal in South Korea to put a dating ban on people under the new law of contracts from 2007 i believe.
@@aldccosmics9297 it's an unofficial inner company rule, kind of like a no return policy.
I'd say all idols should have a dating ban for 3 years
I don't think there should be a ban at all... In my opinion, you can still focus on your career while dating. It's a weird policy
@@peachypink4u that's gross. Why should you care whether they date or not?
“And even it involves...
..sandwiches?”
i hope the dating ban goes away forever. idols should be allowed to date because it’s natural, dating is something all humans do. they’re not robots they’re people.
I don't think it will anytime soon since these companies are not in the busy to care about their idols or their trainees.
I think dating ban is there as a rookie because if it goes out it can affect your career as a rookie but that's my theory
I feel like recently there’s been a lot of rumours about how trainees live. In a recent Australian documentary that included Stray Kid’s Chan and Felix, the documentary made it seem like trainee life was horrid and inhumane. A magazine that (I think) interviewed or mentioned BTS did the same. They make it sound military like. Could you look into how trainee life really is
I think some of the stuff is true. trainees are expected to perfect dance, sing, rap, diet, speech, model, fitness, language, produce, writing and so on. They have to leave their homes and parents as young as 12, train up to 1 or 5 years depending. They have to balance school and homework with trainee lifestyles. Trainees have routine evaluations and some would get cut from the program for not being pretty or skinny enough. Some companies will take advantage of young trainees similarly like the Hollywood open secret documentary.
Can you tell me the documentarys name was.

It's so strange how YG said Daisy and that guy weren't dating but MLD did say they were

Shout out to vixx for having dating rumors about the members dating each other
The only VIXX dating rumour I support is XiuLeo and RaKen, where they pranked the fans into thinking Ravi's dating someone, when it's really just Ken in a wig /j In all seriousness, I don't mind the members dating, as long as the relationship is good and pretty balanced. They could date whoever they want. I remember when Ken talked about some fans spreading rumours about him and the members dating or marrying other people, to which he declines, stating that the reason why they don't date/marry is because of work. Iirc, he said that Jelpi doesn't have a dating ban. But because he said the members weren't dating/marrying anyone, then people assumed that they're gay and probably dating each other.
Nothing wrong with being gay, but I remember watching the video where he said that, and I was like "Man, y'all don't wanna leave them alone, huh?"
omg. is it just me who thinks that the show we got married is so messed up? like tf
Yeah it's so sad because they're playing with idols feelings
(I feel so sad for Sungjoy😭😭😭😭 my favorite couple)
Please do a video on LGBTQ issues in Korea and the Kpop industry 💜
oh yeah that would be a good video
9:40 god i remember a couple of days before the jenkai news broke, fans speculated that mino and jennie were actually dating because of their interactions on stage like this one
Could you do a theory about why some groups are really underrated
Sometimes companies pay dispatch to expose an idol couples to protect or distract bigger scandals.
Can you do a theory on comeback stages (ex: what goes on behind the scenes of recording,preforming,etc..)
I just think all kpop idols should just band together and break all the kpop stereotypes and standards or like expectations. Like things that aren't normal try to to normalize it in the kpop industry.
Could you do a video on how JYP is lowkey creepy? Like the way he tends to sexualize minors and stuff? And his comments to minors on the Nizi Project, and the way he's weird with Twice (especially that one Knock Knock scene)?
why is this channel hella underrated. These videos are really cool, and surprising to watch.
I don't think any of the couples are fake, because they usually get so much backlash from the Korean fandoms and netizens, that it's too high of a price to pay, it doesn't make sense, it's probably something that hurts them too.
BUT, I think maybe the revelations are strategically timed because I'm pretty sure that Dispatch, and other media outlets, have a lot of discussions and commercial negotiations with the companies before revealing any type of thing, and that they all a lot more than what we get to know.
Idols dating should not be Taboo they should do whatever they want there humans to you can't expect me to believe their just focusing on their career when their surrounded by beautiful ppl. Especially during award shows. Don't tell me Imagine if your an idol if you look to your left and right you don't find them attractive that you wouldn't wanna date them.
Could you do a video on Drug scandals
Can you talk about subliminal messages in Kpop?
Idols are allowed to date. Does fans are stupid, you are never gonna get them, stop living in y/n life.
As long as the idols keep doing their work, I am fine.
Its funny Inkigayo sandwich and isac and I want to laugh on this but the fact that they are done to avoid "scandal" is sad. Its sad that how love is concerned scandal.
By the way I didn't know BigHit has no dating ban!! Great!!
Idol celebrity culture is just so different from American pop culture. Even when boy bands were big in the US, I don't remember there being all of this media about pretty much standard idol questions like "what's your ideal style/ideal type." The variety and reality shows are also unique in South Korea and really do build up this fantasy that this idol is just waiting around for you to data haha.
I cant express how much i love this channel
Ah As Always Love Your Narrations!
I love your content!! I hope u update more 💚❤️
New sub here and I LOVE your content & the quality of these videos! Have a feeling this channel is really gonna blow up! Keep up the great work! 💜💜💜💜
I think that while it’s not a k-spiracy and u touched on this, I think fan culture/sasaeng behavior needs more light shed on it in hopes of eradicating some of these dangerous behaviors once and for all. 💜
so... companies really out there banning idols from dating so their fans can keep the fantasy of dating their faves and in the worst case scenario become a sasaeng (?) ?! I'm confusion
Love you videos so much 😭😭
I recently watched a kdrama where the female main was included in a idol dating scandal and the fans of the idol throw eggs on her,,,
Like I’m happy if my favs would finally start to date, i only want them to be happy 😭
squishylixx it’s called “her private life”
I love how bighit let their idols date and they make sure to protect their artists' privacy 👏
I've always felt that something was off with the way couples were revealed, but also just news in general. The way the media is manipulated by money is serious. I think that would be a great video. In particular park bom's drug scandal. I loved the video!
What you didn’t mention was that Hyuna also went behind cube back and reveal to the media that she and Edawn were dating like a day or so after cube denial, Making the company look bad. That situation was handled badly on both ends
Preach...
Yeah it was. what I didn't like was how it was done on hyuna and dawn's part. they should of talked to the company and make a plea deal instead posting on twitter for everyone to see. If the company refused them from being a couple then I can understand why they came out on Twitter. I hate that cube fired them both because dawn was part of Pentagon, and it hurts kpop groups when they loose a member. Hyuna worked with cube for a long time being a the face of the company and they fired her only for dating.
cherry blossom I feel like cube knew they were dating and didn’t care but didn’t want it in the public eye as pentagon was not even a 2 year group at the time and pentagon was just starting to gain popularity. Hyuna and dawn coming out that they are dating definitely affected pentagon and set them back (unfortunately is a sad fact of dating in kpop) I think if they came out a few years later it wouldn’t be that huge of a issue because pentagon would have more of a stable fan base and hyuna would still be with cube and dawn still with pentagon. I just think both sides handled this poorly and hyuna and dawn were a bit selfish in their end as they only thought about themselves and not who this would affect outside of them, them getting kicked out was extreme but in a way had it coming
Ozanna Young this 100%...hyuna had been an idol at this point for how many years? she had to have known what would happen if they got caught and there was no way cube didn’t know they dating. Companies always know it just better for business if the public doesn’t. It’s sad but that how kpop is. Cube stock was going down it’s wasn’t surprising that they let them go.. pentagon had the worst when all this happened and it doesn’t seem they’ve fully recovered yet.
PrincessDanielle I think she did a interview before and said that she knew it was unfair on pentagon but still went on to date dawn because of her feelings for him (which is fine) but she didn’t want to hide her relationship anymore (again just goes to show she just thought about herself) The really sad thing about this situation is that pentagon could have definitely been one of the top groups by now if it weren’t for what happened
Can you talk about the Illuminati in Kpop? 🙏 I know I asked before but I just want to remind you 😅
Could you do a focus on either jessica leaving or baekyeon?
do you think Jennie and Kai were just going out on a date but not actually dating? and both their companies saw an opportunity or something? and they had to play along with it?
cuz that thought has been on my mind since the exposure of Jenkai
Can you pls give us theory about taeun "taemin and naeun"?
I think companies shouldn't specifically punish idols for dating, but they should make clear to them that it's just not really a good idea in their first few years, as it can have potentially have a bad impact on their career based on public opinion.
It wouldn't be such an issue if they could date and keep it quiet, but with the press being *like that* it's hard to do that, and can potentially make things worse
*You honestly deserve more subs I just found your channel*
RIP Momoland OT9 D:
i feel so bad for some fans some of them really love their idols they might even be depressed cause of the news it might damage the fan cause they really loved their idols it will feel so hard for them to accept the truth and the punishment for some idols for dating is harsh i can see both sides of this but i'm stuck in the middle i feel bad for the fans and the idols who get punished for dating someone they love i think companies should keep it a secret but some time when idols date someone it sometimes their fans can be really supportive of it like jihyo and daniel , hyuna and edawn but when fan are obsessed with their idols it might not be good for both sides groups like bts their fans ship the members with the other members cause they cant accept/imagine their favorite love idols dating someone else im not saying all bts fans are like this but in the bright side kpop fans are being more accepting in the industry im really happy for exos chen and i wish the kpop industry wont get harsher comments your opinion
That's the point isn't it. We don't have a say in our idols lives. We think we own the idol simply because we stan them and its disgusting. There is no two sides to this. You should support the idol if you truly are a fan of them and want the best for them. Us fans should not even be considered when idol x is trying to date idol y. Unless ofc it's illegal or something which 99 percent of the time isn't.

uh, bighit doesn't have a dating ban?
Make a video about girl crush.
Also I love the videos 😍
I love the Taekaistal thumbnail. That's y I am here
g.o.d's Park Joon Hyung once cried at a press conference saying "I am 32 years old, I can have a girlfriend". I heard he almost got kicked out of the group for having a relationship.
omg its so cool bighit have no dating policy
They do...
@@costarica9685 oh really ? did you read their contracts ?
Artists need fuel to express deep, meaningful things in their music. They need to experience life, to get through stuff, to have things to talk about, things to express, things to share with their public. I'm an artist and love and relationships are some very important ways of experiencing the vast spectrum of human emotions, and I feel that the more I experience, the more rich and vivid impression I get of life, and then I have more to say, to connect with other people about.
I think that the dating ban, if a perhaps fruitful marketin strategy, is limitating artists a lot, when my opinion is that companies should always support their artists to become better, deeper, have more to say and express. So I'm just against this ban. Also just let people live, dammit.
I like the sort of 3 year dating ban purely because that way I feel like the idol/s can build up their careers to a point where it may be harder to have the furious "fans" get them removed from the group. I dont like the idea that fans have this idea that the idols cant date though
Will you make one more theory about how kpop is spreading superfastly in western culture and how they are growing so fast .... And more thing why idols don't talk to each other group members and don't share songs of other group's... Or why they don't have their private life's.... Why they are not free for their own dicision...
Maybe people get sad when they imagine they’re idols with someone else? why? i would be ESTATIC if one of the BTS members came out with a secret relationship, and said they were going to be married, cause that meant they were happy.
LMAOO I remembered once dispatch "caught" Mamamoo's Solar going on a date with a guy. Turns out the "guy" is actually Moonbyul and it's just a promotion for their comeback Um Oh Ah Yeh. LOL. That's the only "dating scandal" in Mamamoo's group and turns out it's just a promo strategy. XD
Could you talk about the rigged votes in PDX101, PD48, PD101 and PD101 s2(sorry for the bad English)

Can you talk about Seungri's case?
can you make a video on the hidden messages on VIXX MVs? i think it would be pretty interesting
I suggest a video on mental health and how basically these companies gives no shits about it in Kpop.
I saw that inkigayo sandwich they mention. I saw that alot in favorite K-pop idol groups. I was like why are they so fascinated in that sandwich for me it looks cheap and doesn't look good😅 moonbyul even said its not that good. Just so-so taste. Omo! I didn't know it has history lol 😂
I wish I knew the statistics of how much support idol couples get versus how much hate they get from fans. I've hears a mix of both stories for various couples over the years.
IF the support is higher than the hate, then I wish overtime that companies wouldn't punish idols for dating. I understand the concept of focusing on your work early on and growing as a group and as individual artists....but if a true connection is there, i hate the idea of not being able to date. That's just my personal opinion though. I love love lol.
I think the dating ban should be banned.
To this day, I cannot believe that Baekhyun and Taeyeon's relationship wasn't staged. Not long after they were exposed, fans found the location of the parking lot where they were photographed. It was right in front of a busy highway. The photographer would have either had to be right in front of their car or on the highway itself. Plus it seems way too convenient that they'd decide to put down the hood of the car right before making out. I'm not being a delusional fan but imo it really doesn't add up.
All I can think about is the one girl who cut her hair off because of the dating ban. I haven't been the same since.
I’m pretty sure that was a jpop idol
I think the dating ban is stupid. These people are entertainers but they should be allowed to have personal lives without repercussions. Most of these entertainers are in their late teens/early twenties. This is the prime time in a person's life to date. Why would any normal, rational person think that they could be an idol's sweetheart IRL? It's not impossible but highly improbable. Just enjoy their music and let these poor people live their lives!
I was hoping you’d touch on Sungmin from Super Junior
12:38 ALKSJDLKAJSD WHY IS MINJI HERE OMG AHAHHAHAHA
I became an avid fan of Kpop only a year after Taeyeon and Baekhyun’s breakup, but that one still hurts the most for me. Mainly because Taeyeon went through so much crap from netizens (I’m sure Baekhyun went through stuff too, but from what I saw, it seemed like it was Taeyeon who took the hardest of beatings) for years because of it.
This then caused her to deal with some serious mental health struggles such as depression and anxiety, which she still deals with to this day. If I remember, I believe she literally cried to a fan (or anti-fan, Idk) at an airport and apologized to them and begged for their forgiveness, but the anti-fan wasn’t having it. It’s so ridiculous.
After learning about that, I don’t think I can ever forgive the people who criticized her or anyone so harshly for loving someone the way she was criticized (and yes, regardless if it was fake or not).
I'm glad dating in Kpop industry is more accepting now since the number of international fans is increasing and we are definitely more acceptable than Korean fans.
I as an EXO-L know the best how the bitches that bash on idols can be horrible, recently,Chen announced he is getting married and expecting a child which made some bitches mad but they didn't achieve anything.

Fake or not, Kaistal will forever be my fav couple. I already love them so much as separate indivual, and to see them as a couple is a blessing to me🥰
I think that JYP's approach is pretty good. When you first debut, you want to focus on making a name for yourself and that'll take a while. So unless you're dating someone before debut, no dating for at least 2 years after your debut date so you can try and make a name for yourself and your group. After 2 years, dating ban should be lifted. And if you are in a relationship before debut, you should be allowed to continue that relationship unless you break up naturally. That's just my opinion though 😊😊
Yall expect these idols to sing about love and not date anyone?? It's weird and funny XD
Me: sees Ravi and eunha and sings blossom
The thing about dispatch that most people don't get is I guess is that if a couple is exposed its most of the time cause the agencies did not pay for them to not publish the news and expose the couple and that dispatch is doing so for the money they make of these idols and their companies as wrong as it is and as much as I'm against dispatch the company can always tap in and stop the scandal from happening unlike what JYP is doing now they are not trying to hide or pay to hide any of the twice member's relationships since the end of the dating ban so at the end of the day more or less whether the news go out or not depends on whether the companies are ready to pay the amount asked of them.
Hi can you do a video on Kara member Hara?
I think celebrities all should date quietly - it's win-win way.
All relationships, romantic or not, are valid. Everyone deserves to be happy with whomever they choose. We are social creatures and having human interaction is healthy. It makes me sick knowing that these artists are denied the life they deserve to live, whether it be music-related or not. i just hope that change can occur one day and make dating not have a stigma. It doesn't need to be there and no one has the right to control what anyone can and can't do.
Idky but I’m still waiting for eunha and Ravi to date or at least collaborate again
Try homosexuality in kpop. Is it allowed? Who's confirmed or being rumored as one... 👍😁😘 Love your videos. 💕💕💕
I’m the 100th likes yay 😂
Honestly, the dating ban should be only for the first years of the artist's career just to focus on being famous.
But after this, doesn't make any sense, they human beings. They definitely need to have love in their lifes
While i can understand the companies trying to reduce any negative affect on their brand by imposing a dating ban, at the end of the day its really just treating your idols like they aren't people. You wouldn't do that for any other job, would you? Would you keep your cashier from dating so that they can "focus on their work"? Ultimately, a person's private life should remain private. But this will really remain a problem until a majority of kpop fans stop believing that they own their idols.
I keep forgetting about Momo and Heechul. They are dating but they are so lowkey that people don't make a big deal out of it
the scrutiny surrounding Momo and Heechul is justified
idols are humans too, they should be free to have a love life like western celebrities

Please do not ship idols with other idols, whether it is with their group members or other idols. People tend to think same sx ships are better than other ones but they aren’t.
wait bh doesnt have dating ban????
I just want a world peace and dispatch to be freaking GONE
I'm one or thos people that thinks we shouldn't expect another culture to change because in western media is is acceptable doesn't mean we can change an countries views on dating
Dispatch has LGBTQ couples but they are not exposing them. I'm not sure but i have many options. i think there are both gay lesbian couples... but we have to wait to know about this couples...
Girl's Generation member Taeyeon was frequently labeled a "predator" for dating Baekhyun due to being older than him just because she's female but nobody talks about older male idols dating younger female idols dismissing them as "stop labelling them as predators! *insert female idol's name here* is a legal adult now she can date whoever she wants!" this just proves on how shallow minded people can be
