I Finally get the breeding cages finished for my pigeons, so i can start to move some birds in there and start breeding my new flock!

Curious, why don’t you have a metal screen mesh bottom on these boxes so you can keep the floor clean and scrape out the droppings periodically?
i changed my loft design for now, i might be making a much better stock loft after my birds finished breeding

Next race you should put the gps rings on 1 or 2 pigeons and if they come back then u can see where they have gone and the way they Took back home
i dont think they let you do it in the races, but maybe on the toss program we can try

Very small breeding cages pigeons need a lot more space these are like the first ones i made as a school kid in the inner city

Maney Lofts, just see what happens in the next few days with her, if u think about it u will have 2 young chicks going in2 the big loft, the white hen will have another 2eggs, and then u have the 2 racing pair going to have eggs as well an if u get a hen for LEO that’s 2more eggs, so u will have a nice few youngsters coming ur way, that’s when u can really get the race team right, so that will be 8 youngsters if things work of, all the best MATE, THIS IS MARK.RYAN, ”K” PHONE STILL BANG JACKSED 😢🙃😡,

The fact that those beautiful pigeons know how to fly ; I don’t get why humans make their lovely birds fly just to get home such a stress for them I would just feed them let do what ever they like never take them away from home

yeah the splits will be 50% shitty barless pigeon & 50% leo hermans, but will be blue bars, but if i cross the barless hen to another blue bar male and then those 4 babies cross those i should be looking at my first Barless babies out of those split young so thats when things will be more exciting from what adam archer pigeon says it will take a good few years so get them to racing quality but its interesting!
Maney Lofts yeah that theory makes sense but one problem you already got a barless which is a unique trait in itself so why not pair her with another barless to increase your chances of getting more birds like that remember barless is not an actual color but a mutation probably created through several generations of selective breeding so why dilute the bloodline further by pairing her up with a bluebar.
you need to cross the barless into good blue bar racing pigeons, and then breed the babies back to create barless thats even better then the original barless and you keep doing that unlil all your barless are good. this is what i am being told but not tested

Could someone clarify that if you want babies from two pigeons of different sex, you need to enclose them for a period of time in a breeding pen like this one, and they will mate after some time? How long should you wait?
yes if you want to breed 2 birds then it is best to lock them up together, the you know it will be that father

atleast if the barless and leo have one round you'll have babies with the barless gene and strong blood from leo u can test there babies next year in the yearling races

@@ManeyPigeons i uploaded a vid of our bay and trap, that isnt allways the case look how many top quality birds sold for 1000's that never actually breed anything decent then u get some bird u pay a fiver for breed winner all day long alot of it ia also in the training like i say weve had cheap birds beat our expensive one infact the few ybs we have left were all freebies the pricey ones have all been lost u can breed a thousand birds and only have 1 winner 👍
Yeah you are right, the free ones can often be the best birds, i am 50/50 i like the pedigree birds but i can afford to spend $750 on one bird and then loose it.
@@ManeyPigeons we just brought 2 stock birds for 250 each we are gna put them to 4 hens each on the bull system this breeding season to test there breeding capabilities if you get top ten birsd in 500+ bird races theyre worth keeping and breeding from in my opinion even top 20 in 1000 bird races are strong pigeons

Leo and barless baby's will be shite mate you should put him to the checker hen instead and breed actual racing pigeons lol
the first round of splits wont be much but the second round will be barless and they will be good for the sprint series it takes time, they are only having one round and then ill have a better hen for him.. cant afford to spend the cash on a decent hen atm aha

You should of put the nest boxes inside the loft so the birds can have more room and don't have to be shut up in the boxes all day 👎

Maney Lofts I have a feeling that barless hen might be a mule I mean you’ve had her for quite some time and she hasn’t produced anything.
