All I need is the hitch insert, I purchased an ultra with the hitch assembly installed. Any recommendations?

If it's exactly like the hitch in this video you should be able to get a replacement from HitchDoc. www.hitchdoc.com. If it's different, then you'll have to identify the brand and contact that manufacturer. Or have one made.
