In seriousness, I think the voice feeds into Keanu's pride for being the best and the only one of his kind with it's own possessiveness/need for control over him. Like, every time he say "I" or "Me" she says "We" or "Us" subtly inflating her importance and creating Keanu's attachment to her.
I think it takes place in the same universe of AC6. So that entity would be another coral wave length mutation he got through the augment just like Ayre is for C4-621. It's even the same Voice actress from what I heard. Granted C4-621 got in contact after a Coral surge.
