The way you add so much visual context to scents is so helpful its not even funny Im the type of person That I need to know the scene and location a scent sets - where am I going, what am i doing ect, ect. So Thank You because you do a Great Job of doing that
I bought Dulce by Rosie Jane about a month or so ago. Really enjoy it. And it’s now sat for a few weeks and the scent has become much stronger. I can even smell it just walking by the bottle. It’s delicious
yep, especially when they all contain the same allergens. it's weird to me when brands who are trying to sell fragrance do so by pushing the idea that fragrance is harmful. like that is not helping anyone
I only purchase vegan fragrances and beauty products, and it’s unfortunate that many of the brands that advertise vegan ingredients also feed into the “clean” beauty BS.
Rosie is my go to perfume to work in the office. It is not offensive and it smells really nice and clean. I get ton of compliments, especially if I amplify it with applying the rosie oil perfume before. 🥰
I’ve tried bianco latte and dulce and I much prefer dulce! It doesn’t have the caramel note of Bianco latte which is perfect for me as I find caramel notes to be really sharp and harsh smelling (which is hugely annoying as I love actual caramel). Dulce is very edible!
I have both Dulce and Bianco Latte and find them quite similar. Dulce has better longevity on me. I prefer Bianco Latte bc it doesn’t have the hinoki wood note, but for budget purposes, Dulce is really nice
Did you get the Dulce oil? I have the oil and that lasts ages on me. Maybe it lasts longer than the EDP? Idk Bianco Latte is the better of the 2, IMO. It's addictive @@n_robes
@@jojo3389 sadly, no. I got the travel size EDP. I definitely should’ve gotten the oil, the perfume oils I’ve tried on my skin have been a God send! They smell great & make my other fragrances last longer! 🥰
Love this video so much! I would love for you to do a review of Liis! They have a beautiful discovery set and I would love to know your thoughts on the scents (:
I got a travel version of Dulce because so many people swore it's a dupe for Bianco Latte or the ice cream sent like you said also. But to me it smells like plasticky chocolate/marzipan. Not a vibe sadly :c
I was looking for a vanilla ice cream scent and blind-bought a travel size Dulce a couple months ago. I looved it and was planning on repurchasing a full size, but noticed they marked it up so much (on Sephora Canada) that it's practically the same as Bianco Latte ( Dulce: $94.50/50mL vs BL: $195/100mL). So now I'm considering blind buying Bianco Latte? Lmk if you have thoughts/opinions! Edited to add: I purchased the travel Dulce for $25CAD 2mos ago. It is now $38CAD.😢
The Dulce perfume oil smells closer to Bianco Latte to me than the spray which is a bit more airy/transparent. I have both and find the oil to smell deeper and richer.
Agreed! I have both (dulce oil & B.latte ) After my bath ...I wear the oil to bed ....opening smells like chocolate and next morning smells exactly like Bianco Latte with that caramel milky dry down . The oil lasts on the skin quite a long time....though the projection is pretty intimate. BL has a bigger bubble as others can share your scent. My Dulce oil is still rather new . A little time and it may pop with more surprises. I do love both (and the oil version)😊
Love Rosie, signature scent. I get many compliments and it last over a day. Leila Lou smells like an old lady perfume, I tried and tried but I ended up giving it away. It’s hyped up on many sites and I can’t understand why. Dulce is amazing, a lovely gourmand winter perfume. Lake is fresh and salty!
Totally agree about dulce being the empty version of bianco latte! When I first smelled it, I thought it smelled like diet bianco latte in the way that diet soda has the synthetic sweet emptiness but not quite the original
I love your videos so much! I'm always looking for more perfume reviewers and there's such a calm and lovely quality + depth to your reviews that I just enjoy so much. Not to sound funny but I honestly sometimes feel like I can smell the scents by the way you describe them.
I LOVE the pouting grimace you're making while pondering the "dylan" fragrance ... lol it told me all I needed to know. I like people who kind of "wear their heart on their sleeves". Love it love it love it, keep doing what you're doing, you're awesome and you are so damn made for this.
I just discovered your channel and I love it! I've gotten very into fragrance the last couple of years and the more I learn the more I want to know. My question is about a house that is new to me but I just ordered their exploration kit. It's Fueguia 1833 and they're our of Argentina. I am fascinated by their scents and I love their philosophy, the history, the packaging. Something really speaks to me and I'm trying to choose my first full bottle but it's tough to narrow down. They're very unusual and plant based. Not safe blind buys at all because they're not mass appealing and very expensive. I'd love to hear your thoughts if you know of them.
I've had allergic reactions (trouble breathing) to caramel fragrances lately, I feel like Benzoin might be the culprit. Do you perhaps have an idea what could be causing this with fragrances like Prada's Candy? :)
Thanks to you I will be trying Bianco Latte soon from a recent order from Scent Split among other with "milky" (or lactonic) scents. I really enjoy the milk series because I usually like fruity/floral fragrances. Thanks
I don't know if you will ever read this comment, but did you ever smell Dove's Pampering Scent - which is shea butter and warm vanilla - ? To me it is such an amazing warm and cozy vanilla scent, I wish there was an actual perfume that smelled like it OR VERY SIMILAR TO IT. Do you have any suggestions by any chance? I'm crying because I need this vanilla scent :_:
So your thoughts on Leila Lou are exactly how I felt. I liked it, but I didn’t, but I kinda did…and then didn’t….it was almost screechy on me, not smooth. James settled into a super creamy gardenia fig on me. It reminds me of Philosykos by Diptyque.
Rosie sounds so beautiful & im interested in purchasing the body wash now that I’ve seen your review! & $24?! That bottle will last me a year lol (I interchange body washes a lot.)
I am very sensitive to perfume so just tried Lake from RJ as it sounded citrusy and fresh. It is initially but then a musk smell comes through which I dont like. Anyone know of a ckean perfume oil with no musk !!
@@perfumerism we might have different taste in scents based on your experience with these 😂 but definitely try it! The gardenia from James really mutes the intense citrus and makes the pear scent pop
Leila Lou lasts between 6-8 hours on me. I’ve been using it for about a month and am loving it so far! When I had a couple friend try it, the end scent on the skin was completely different on each of us.
Dulce is the only one I’ve tried! It’s OKAY. It’s too weak for me! I just ordered a 2ml trial of Bianco latte, so I’m excited to see how they compare! 🥰
I have a random question: does mixing perfume with an unscented lotion work or would mixing it break it down like it does when you rub your wrists against each other?
Sorry if this is the most random comment ever, and not really related to the video but....I just need a good perfume recommendation and google isn't cutting it for me. Do you have any recs for a good first time perfume? I want to find something that is subtle and not too strong (cause of allergy reasons). I've tried glossier you, and I tried it for a day and even with one small spray it was too much of a change for me lol. Idk what it was but that scent stayed on my jacket even after a few washes, I ended up returning the perfume. I don't know what scents would suit me though that's the thing. I am thinking something fresh and clean but also a hint of sweet, but I literally have no knowledge on perfumes so I have no idea about flavor profiles. The grass note from Leila Lou comes through really strong on my skin after it sinks in. I think that’s a unique and pretty note.
I would love a talk on what “clean” really means for perfumes!
basically nothing tbh
I mean... you could google it. There are a few ingredients that aren't used. That's all.

Dulce by Rosie Jane is old. if anything Bianco Latte is the copy.
Sadly Leila Lou only smelled like grass on me but lasted FOREVER!
im wearing dulce today. my roommates like it on me, but im getting a bit pf play-doh loll
I wear the Leila Lu perfume only with jeans during the spring/summer and get compliments. It smells like grass for sure, but a perfumed grass.
Can u find me a potent marshmallow perfume!!

strong sweet fragrances? Im waiting any suggestion you have and I'll look into it later.
please make a full video on the milk fragrances!!! or like maybe like sweet scents. I adore sweet perfumes
i feel like i might have liked leila lou much more if the grass note was stronger
so funny, I love leila lou and james the most of all of them that I've smelled! I want to smell some of the others that I've missed though.
