It's a little bit different for each person - depends on which reflexes are retained and how "strong" the reflex is. The goal is to create a personalize reflex integration plan for each person! You can learn more from our free webinar - harkla.co/pages/register-primitive-reflex-webinar-2023
Hello, can I have a question about any studies or sources that you used for your video? Especially in context of the first part of your video where you talk about the benefits, or helpful things associated with ATNR. I am a physiotherapist and I would love to study those sources. Also, I believe that ATNR and the fencer position is not the same, for me there is a diference between rotation of upper and lower extremities, to put it in short. Thanks for response in advance :)
We use Google Scholar to find a lot of our research, plus books from a variety of authors in the field. We have a free webinar where we talk more about primitive reflexes and our full (paid) digital course includes all of the research! harkla.co/pages/register-primitive-reflex-webinar-2023
