Rework Angel so that he'll sacrifice himself if an opponent interacts with your deck (Yondu, Mill etc) whilst he's in it. He jumps in the way, and forces the ability to hit him. It won't make him particularly strong. But it will give him an identity, and could (with copium) almost be considered tech against certain metas, like currently where Mill is being played a lot.
I think that's cool, I'd like closer to his lore though. Basically I wanted them to change it to what he currently does now, but also add "if Angel is destroyed or discarded he comes back as Archangel with +2 power"..

@DietersYT That is exactly what she used to do, but they changed her because of Zemo, I think. If they reverted her back, everyone would be playing the same mill deck all the time
@@JoeGambit-f2l I know, I liked her old design better. I actually had a better idea though. Keep her a 2/2 but if you guess right, you get to peek at what your opponent is holding. Better flavor than straight up stealing a card. Also I’m not aware of another card based purely around gaining information like that (I guess Howard the Duck, but that’s your own draws), so could be cool.
@DietersYT I don't know. I still use her in discard and/or Loki. I play her on a lane where I'm ahead, or sometimes it's just obvious where the opponent will be playing

Mordo: Same effect but add --- Increase power by cost increase of the enemy card. 1 cost became a 6? Mordo gets +5. 4 into a 6? Mordo gets +2. Think it keeps it easy but nothing monumental.
I think you should inverse that. If a 5 cost becomes a 6 cost then its whatever just play it next turn its not too far off curve. But if a 2 cost becomes a 6 vost that might kill the combo or the curve completely so why would you get +4 for that but +1 for a possible minor inconvenience. Like if Annihlus is a 6 cost who cares. If Angela is a 6 cost. The combo dies.
Domino says BOTH "Always lucky" and "Right on time" XD Similar to Fury (and I think some others too) that have multiple random voice lines. Don't ask how I know...
Kang rework: Have Kang with an effect like Nico. Kang is Rama-Tut, Immortus, He-Who-Remains, Nathaniel Richards, Scarlet Centurion, Victor Timely, and Mister Gryphon. Give each of these characters different effects, make Kang a 2 cost and his effect would be something like "after you play this card it returns to your deck and randomly becomes one of his variants".
Mantis: 2-2 // If your opponent played a card here this turn, +2 Energy. Adam: 3-3 // If your opponent played a card here this turn, draw 2 cards. Colossus: 2-2 // Everytime this card would get destroyed, moved or reduced power, +2 Power instead. Uatu: 1-1 // see all locations (Conquest King) Mbaku: 1-1 // at the end of the game it jumps to a location from hand or deck [+3 Power from deck]. Those Colossus and Angel changes seem pretty good. But Angel would be in every deck, there's limited ways that you can use to destroy a card on your opponent side, and most of the time you just go for the biggest one and not several (there's only one Shang Chi). I think that he should have the current mbaku effect and only jump out of your deck, not hand. At least it's still good and has some risk/reward, it would be annoying every time you used 4 energy on shang and you still had Angel to deal with
I'll say it, for the millionth time!!! Keep the current Angel text, BUT add to it "if Angel is destroyed or discarded, come back as Archangel with +2 power ".
That is cool! It got me thinking that they should make Kang do what apocalypse does and make apocalypse more like a high evo ability that turns on hidden "mutant powers" for four mutant cards in your deck at the start of the game. They really need to create a mode where cards have affiliation tags, eg: X-Men, mutant, avenger, young avenger, sinister 6 etc...

Domino Buff - 2/3 Random effects always target this card first. (Not card generation) This means she always gets hit by cards like iron heart, moon knight, gambit, lockjaw, etc. They could also change a few cards such as cable to pull randomly. However, she will not be always generated by Loki, and she won’t always be generated by Maria Hill.
Master Mold: +1 (+2) for every duplicate card on your side of the field The buff can either go to him or to the cards. Would synergize with Brood, Sentinels, Sinister London and Moon Girl
Alex is absolutely on fire in the top ten list. Cozy can do nothing except just sit back and laugh as Alex rants and raves about M’Baku and Uatu. I’m nearly crying.
I would love to see master mold get an ongoing buff for every sentinel in play. Then he gets a buff from when opponents play them down and you could run sentinel in the deck as well
I have a buff or i guess change for Nick Fury and it might be too good: 2/2 Add 3 random cards that are 1, 2, and 3 energy higher than your energy this turn
This is a really cool idea, but I think it would be unhealthy for new players. I'm speaking the obvious here but I see Quicksilver as just something for new players to play so they don't have to skip turn one. Wouldn't want new players rushing their turns and building unhealthy habits. If he wasn't a new player's card though, I think that your idea is super fun!

Instead of this what if they get rid of the start in hand but he’s a 1-6 that loses power for each turn he isn’t played (including while in deck). So like if you play him on 6 he’s 0 power but if you play him on 2 he’s 5 power. It still benefits from drawing him quickly but just not guaranteed to draw him anymore.
@@Trocify225 it is though. The effect is more comparable to Echo or nega sonic but even more limited. Honestly it is a less reliable caiera and armor as a way to protect cards but it only works once like nega sonic. Very situational and niche. Probably almost as unplayable as it currently is.
Cosmo is good because you can occasionally "block" a 3 cost on reveal on turn 3 and then you have a general protection from shagchi for your hulk on turn 6. Although sometimes you miss the lane, you still get some value with the hulk shield at the end. Red guardian is good because you can destroy a card after the opponent played it, so there is a very high chance you destroy an early piece of the opponent's combo. And the later you go it gives you a higher potential upside vs higher cost cards. PLUS you get essentially 5 power for 3. it makes me question if Rogue as a 3/2 really is adequately powered////
Master mold is fun, yes i play him with Ronan, but with a mix of Zemo, Gladiator add Widow and Maximus and i call this the hand blocker. I make his hand bad and steal or destroy his deck. There's a deck there, people just don't know it yet !
Colossus: Ongoing can’t be destroyed, moved or have it’s power reduced. Anytime this card is attempted have its power reduced, destroyed or moved, +2 power.( this way it works in like the destroyer deck)
Agree so much with the Kang suggestion. It also improves the chances of drawing another card with Kang - they don't want him cheaper because they don't want him deck thinning easily but as it stands the lost card from having 5 cost Kang in your deck is very harmful. Mordo is SO BAD and they didn't even buff him after Mobius made his drawback even bigger. And he's a 2/3! I would have had him at #1. The non buffing of Mordo is baffling.

35:00 Adam Warlock discussion. I'm sure there's reasons this doesn't work, but what if they made him a 2 or a 3 cost and took the 'If you're winning' condition off. Just give him the card draw. A little OP, yes, but there are tech cards that can handle his text now. Or make it an ongoing effect that can be stolen or switched off. Conversely, if they want to keep to the theming with the Guardians having to guess the location, why not change his whole ability to help them be more predictive? Another On Reveal info gathering like Daredevil, just showing where they're going to play, not what.

You should be able to go to a dealership ask to meet their touch up guy… then offer him cash to fix it without having the dealership mark up the price 30%. Mailbag Question: With the introduction of mill decks and there honestly being no means for countering it at the moment, how would you all feel about a card released in the future that gets stronger the less cards you have in your deck? This could potentially synergies with drawing cards such as Crystal or Adam Warlock, and even cards that straight up remove things from your deck such as Blob.
Kang would be awesome if you just add "draw a card" to his on reveal. If you're waiting on a card on turn 6 - you get the draw and you see what your opponent is doing.
I have a colossus buff idea! Wouldn’t make complete sense with his power (though think of him physically protecting someone with his body), but it could be a “protects one card in this lane/makes it indestructible”; like hulkbuster but instead of merging it protects??
Kang goes good with Ravona cause you can get him out on curve to see your opponents mid-game plays. But after that it can be tricky, which is why he works best in junk/Galactus builds but it's a very high roll play style with lots of retreats if you don't draw properly.
i think a milano card (i know theres a location it doesnt have to be milano) that gives the guardians a secondary effect like high evo does for his guys would make them 100% better and more fun

Uatu buff: "see two cards in the opponents deck" OR "see one card in the opponents hand". I think one of these two would be pretty great in terms of the lore where you get intel, and also, the intel from the opponent could be insane sometimes. Rosky, but i think could be worth it
What do you guys think about there being trial cards? Like if instead of the token shop (or in addition to it) there were cards you could "borrow" and test yourself, that way you can see if you like the card without having to make a huge commitment to getting the card. Feels like it could be good for people who struggle to earn tokens but still be able to almost play the full game.
Ok guys , for colossus what about if you tuick its effect like this . The same : can't be destroyed , moved or have its power reduced , but if any of these effects were to be done to colossus have instead +2 power for each diferente effect done to him .

On reveal resurrect the last card destroyed on your or opponents hand onto your side, resurrected hard can’t be destroyed

Mail Bag Question: What do you think about a Havok change which makes his effect only trigger at the end of a round if you floated power that round. That way you can play him on 2 with no risk, assuming your curve in hand is good, and he can still hit 8 fairly easily on later rounds.
I would love to see you guys talk about a card idea I had about dormammu in snap. A 6/8, “ On reveal: If you are willing this location destroy it” So it’s like a reverse galactus that forces a power difference game.
He's great. Rogue might turn off a Morbius and an Iron Man but Red Guardian will also turn off a Hope Summers, a Dracula, a Nebula that was hoping to anchor a Prof X lane, a Deadpool before they destroy it, a Wong before it Wongs, .... It's so universally useful. I would absolutely run it in a good cards deck, comparing it to Gladiator is a bit weird, they aren't going for the same spot.
A cool ultron buff that i thought of would be, drop him to a 6/5. With the same on reveal effect, except ultron himself gets plus 2 power for each drone summoned.
Angel is underrated. Play your deck/hand pumps right and you could end up with a free 5 power floating down somewhere. I got him to 7 power a few times with the X-men Imbalance Patch.
Not gonna lie i snuck Kang into a greedy ongoing tribunal deck. Bluff snapping on Six got me so many cubes. Also i could see if they were about to nuke me with an enchantress. Not very effective but very fun.
I have him in a daken combo deck. He actually serves a purpose as when I hit the daken combo my biggest problem is usually actually my hand being completely full. So even if I draw him early I'm ok with seeing the play then making space.

If I were to change Kang's text, it would be something along the lines of: Restart the turn after this card is played, but your opponent no longer has the cards played that turn. This cannot be played on turn 6.
Master Mold - 4/6 - at the end of each turn, Master Mold delivers a Sentinel to your opponents hand. That would add up to 4 Sentinels on a 7 turn game.
Angel should be, When one of your cards is destroyed, this flies out of your hand (not deck) and replaces it, its power equals the destroyed cards power. We would finally have a Shang Chi counter on turn 6, plus would have lots of card combos with destroy then
Maybe they should give Domino a static ability like "enemy cards with base power 2 or less at this location are reduced to 0 power". She's supposed to just "win" most situations based off luck, right? I think that would work.
The "Mantis is lower power than Cable because in the best case scenario we could think of she could copy a giant Venom" was one of the big head scratchers. Uatu being TOO powerful if you could see all the locations is another one of them.
Mailbag: Just an idea for Master Mold. What if it gains power for every Sentinel on the board (either side). Also, make it a 2/3 to start. As well as still giving two sentinels to your opponent
Idea for angel. Same stats(maybe) effect- brings back a destroyed card here. They chi'd your card. Bring it back. Kind of like the effect of Phoenix without the movement or merging.
Not gonna lie, I played quicksilver my first deck and thought it was so useful having a card I could play on turn 1 and had Angel in my first destroy deck 😂
Silver is not so bad, considered you have a playable 1 cost every game. Helps with locations, or any other „play here“ effects. I play him sometime in arena to counter spider ham. But all in all, if you do the math on him he is just not worth it. Sadly
@@looplooplooplooploop not THE worst card imo. The „draw this on turn 2“ card is way worse. You can make Silver work in some decks. Building on that save 1 drop is possible. I played him back in the days when Lockjaw was a 3 drop. The odds of drawing Lock until the 4th turn are high. So having a highly guaranteed lockjaw play on turn 4 with Silver is something to work with. Pair this with Crystal, Thor, Jubilee and the old America Chavez and you had a solid base to develop from. Silver is a bad card. No doubt. But the consistency he provides is something you can work with. At least back in the days with the old Chavez and old Lockjaw
@@chrispan3033 yes sure. „He get‘s sidelined very fast“ is a perfect description. He just did not provide anything, that you are looking for these days. Even 1/3 he would not get that much play. Back in the days with old Lockjaw and old Chavez the consistency he brings to da table was something to work with. But besides that, his ability is not really helpful. And, like I said, if you do the math, you will see that the effect alone (without being involved in some other combo or having a deck build „around or. with it“) is just not good 🙋♂️
let me cook a bit here… I think move as an archetype need a strong t5 play. something like heimdall can move multiple things at once. “kang 5/6, move every cards that move last turn to their original place.”
I agree with most of this list but I don't understand the hate for Angel. I understand that 2 power is too low and it's not necessarily a game changing card. However, I have a "Death Dino Deck" that I got from watching one of Cozy's destroy deck videos and it has Angel in it. It's a great deck!

What if some of the cards who's abilities just dont fit anymore get the ability scrapped for high evo/patriot? Remove colossus's ability, make him usable with patriot, then let High Evo give him some new ability that is stronger than the average 2 drop.
I think that Master Mold is going to be best fixed by making "factions" a permanent part of the game. We've already seen Second Dinner establish the ability to buff cards based on them being X-Men or Avengers. We need to see more of that. Give the Fantastic Four a boost for being played together (because there is no reason to ever play those four cards in a deck together otherwise.) Give the Sinister Six a boost for being played together. And with that in mind? Master Mold (and the Sentinels and Nimrod) should all be better based on the number of mutants on your opponents side.
Here is my idea for fixing cards: Nick Fury 2/3 - On Reveal: Put three random Avengers in your hand. Avengers gain +1 power. Domino 2/4 - If anything the opponent plays would affect Domino negatively, it affects a random opponent's card instead. Kang The Conqueror 2/3 - On Reveal: You get to see the opponent's unrevealed cards this turn. You may choose to move, destroy, or reduce the power of one of these cards to 0. You may not play this after turn 3. Mantis 2/3 - On Reveal: Gain the ability of the lowest cost card your opponent played this turn. If it was played here, do it again.
I'd love to see Angel just become a regenerative destroy card similar to Deadpool/X23/Wolverine. He'd be the worst of them, but at least then Angel can be the consistency piece he's intended to be.
Here is one big reason red guard is is good and sometimes BETTER than rogue or enchantress; he costs one less (than enchantress, but has same power almost due to his effect), but accomplishes largely the same thing against a ongoing combo deck to hit iron man. Better than rogue cause rogue is random targeting and red guardian you have more control over what he hits at times.
Question for the mail bag: Since Disney own the Aliens and Predator franchises, and with both recently getting Marvel comic runs do you guys think they would ever appear in Snap, and would you guys like to see such iconic characters in snap.
I don't like the idea of making Kang 3 cost. The lower cost he has, the more America Chavez he becomes (and devs don't want that as well). Cuz you have even more chances to draw him on a turn when you play him, so it turns your 12-cards deck into 11-cards. Also using him for bluff snap or deck thinning is the worst card design ever. Getting info is what he supposed to do, so it's better to buff him in that way (dunno how tho). Replace him with first card you've played this game after his ability mb?
Mantis change: 2/2 On Reveal: if your opponent played any cards here this turn, peek at their current hand (Not sure of the wording, but it lets you spy on what your opponent is holding if you guess right) Benefit is obviously strong, but balanced imo since you have to guess to get it. This keeps the mind-reading flavor on point too. Thoughts?
Alex, the first mailbag question postulates a card that says the player's max energy cannot exceed the current round number. That wouldn't apply to Havok.
If that anti-ramp card came into being a good character for that could be madelyne pryor/goblin queen since she's a clone of Jean Grey and has been a lover of Alex Summers/Havok
I really would think kang would be better if the opponent just can't change what they placed. So you can only make changes. Or. Another Thought I had is make him a 5/2 . When you play him it doesn't rewind and remove him. Instead you can change where your opponents cards were places .

That is cool! It got me thinking that they should make Kang do what apocalypse does and make apocalypse more like a high evo ability that turns on hidden "mutant powers" for four mutant cards in your deck at the start of the game. They really need to create a mode where cards have affiliation tags, eg: X-Men, mutant, avenger, young avenger, sinister 6 etc...

This means she always gets hit by cards like iron heart, moon knight, gambit, lockjaw, etc. They could also change a few cards such as cable to pull randomly.
However, she will not be always generated by Loki, and she won’t always be generated by Maria Hill.
Master Mold: +1 (+2) for every duplicate card on your side of the field
The buff can either go to him or to the cards. Would synergize with Brood, Sentinels, Sinister London and Moon Girl
Alex is absolutely on fire in the top ten list. Cozy can do nothing except just sit back and laugh as Alex rants and raves about M’Baku and Uatu. I’m nearly crying.
I would love to see master mold get an ongoing buff for every sentinel in play. Then he gets a buff from when opponents play them down and you could run sentinel in the deck as well

This is a really cool idea, but I think it would be unhealthy for new players. I'm speaking the obvious here but I see Quicksilver as just something for new players to play so they don't have to skip turn one. Wouldn't want new players rushing their turns and building unhealthy habits. If he wasn't a new player's card though, I think that your idea is super fun!

Instead of this what if they get rid of the start in hand but he’s a 1-6 that loses power for each turn he isn’t played (including while in deck). So like if you play him on 6 he’s 0 power but if you play him on 2 he’s 5 power. It still benefits from drawing him quickly but just not guaranteed to draw him anymore.
Like in Age Of Ultron, Quicksilver should run in front of one of your cards to block it from getting destroyed, ez full card rework

@@Trocify225 it is though. The effect is more comparable to Echo or nega sonic but even more limited. Honestly it is a less reliable caiera and armor as a way to protect cards but it only works once like nega sonic. Very situational and niche. Probably almost as unplayable as it currently is.
Mantis should honestly keep the guardians trigger of playing in same lane but grant two energy next turn. Could start a crazy bounce archetype.

The comparison on Adam Warlock and Mill was so on point.
Cosmo is good because you can occasionally "block" a 3 cost on reveal on turn 3 and then you have a general protection from shagchi for your hulk on turn 6. Although sometimes you miss the lane, you still get some value with the hulk shield at the end. Red guardian is good because you can destroy a card after the opponent played it, so there is a very high chance you destroy an early piece of the opponent's combo. And the later you go it gives you a higher potential upside vs higher cost cards. PLUS you get essentially 5 power for 3. it makes me question if Rogue as a 3/2 really is adequately powered////
Master mold is fun, yes i play him with Ronan, but with a mix of Zemo, Gladiator add Widow and Maximus and i call this the hand blocker. I make his hand bad and steal or destroy his deck. There's a deck there, people just don't know it yet !

Colossus: Ongoing can’t be destroyed, moved or have it’s power reduced. Anytime this card is attempted have its power reduced, destroyed or moved, +2 power.( this way it works in like the destroyer deck)

Agree so much with the Kang suggestion. It also improves the chances of drawing another card with Kang - they don't want him cheaper because they don't want him deck thinning easily but as it stands the lost card from having 5 cost Kang in your deck is very harmful.
Mordo is SO BAD and they didn't even buff him after Mobius made his drawback even bigger. And he's a 2/3! I would have had him at #1. The non buffing of Mordo is baffling.

35:00 Adam Warlock discussion. I'm sure there's reasons this doesn't work, but what if they made him a 2 or a 3 cost and took the 'If you're winning' condition off. Just give him the card draw. A little OP, yes, but there are tech cards that can handle his text now. Or make it an ongoing effect that can be stolen or switched off. Conversely, if they want to keep to the theming with the Guardians having to guess the location, why not change his whole ability to help them be more predictive? Another On Reveal info gathering like Daredevil, just showing where they're going to play, not what.
I've got a feeling that second dinner is waiting for the kang dynasty phase to catch up to hype up the card and change him.

You should be able to go to a dealership ask to meet their touch up guy… then offer him cash to fix it without having the dealership mark up the price 30%. Under $200 you can have your whole car refurbished. Love the videos guys

Mailbag Question: With the introduction of mill decks and there honestly being no means for countering it at the moment, how would you all feel about a card released in the future that gets stronger the less cards you have in your deck? This could potentially synergies with drawing cards such as Crystal or Adam Warlock, and even cards that straight up remove things from your deck such as Blob.
Kang would be awesome if you just add "draw a card" to his on reveal. If you're waiting on a card on turn 6 - you get the draw and you see what your opponent is doing.

Red Guardian in surfer is disgusting. I ran the same list as Alex except I switched out Hope for Luke Cage and reached Infinite.
Hope enables you to play sera into her lane on 5 and do 3 drop, surfer plus abs man on turn 6 with the extra energy, it’s a huge swing play

Mantis reads minds, She should let you see your opponents next 2 or 3 cards.
Reveal: reveal a card on your opponent hand, and keep it revealed until the opponent plays it.
She doesn't really read minds, she reads emotions. They just forgot that for a moment in Infinity war.
Kang goes good with Ravona cause you can get him out on curve to see your opponents mid-game plays. But after that it can be tricky, which is why he works best in junk/Galactus builds but it's a very high roll play style with lots of retreats if you don't draw properly.
i think a milano card (i know theres a location it doesnt have to be milano) that gives the guardians a secondary effect like high evo does for his guys would make them 100% better and more fun

Uatu buff: "see two cards in the opponents deck" OR "see one card in the opponents hand". I think one of these two would be pretty great in terms of the lore where you get intel, and also, the intel from the opponent could be insane sometimes. Rosky, but i think could be worth it
What do you guys think about there being trial cards? Like if instead of the token shop (or in addition to it) there were cards you could "borrow" and test yourself, that way you can see if you like the card without having to make a huge commitment to getting the card.
Feels like it could be good for people who struggle to earn tokens but still be able to almost play the full game.

The same : can't be destroyed , moved or have its power reduced , but if any of these effects were to be done to colossus have instead +2 power for each diferente effect done to him .
My thoughts for nerfs
Quicksilver. 3/3. On reveal speed up your opponents next turn
Kang 3/1. On reveal see the order of remaining cards on your turns. Can’t be changed
Angel 2/4. On reveal resurrect the last card destroyed on your or opponents hand onto your side, resurrected hard can’t be destroyed
Buffs make cards better. Nerfs depower them.

What do you think about a Havok change which makes his effect only trigger at the end of a round if you floated power that round. That way you can play him on 2 with no risk, assuming your curve in hand is good, and he can still hit 8 fairly easily on later rounds.
No, if you have to float energy for him to gain power he's so much weaker.

So it’s like a reverse galactus that forces a power difference game.
Rogue has a higher ceiling than Red Guardian but a much lower floor.
I like Red Guardian for consistency.
He's great. Rogue might turn off a Morbius and an Iron Man but Red Guardian will also turn off a Hope Summers, a Dracula, a Nebula that was hoping to anchor a Prof X lane, a Deadpool before they destroy it, a Wong before it Wongs, .... It's so universally useful. I would absolutely run it in a good cards deck, comparing it to Gladiator is a bit weird, they aren't going for the same spot.
A cool ultron buff that i thought of would be, drop him to a 6/5. With the same on reveal effect, except ultron himself gets plus 2 power for each drone summoned.
Angel is underrated. Play your deck/hand pumps right and you could end up with a free 5 power floating down somewhere. I got him to 7 power a few times with the X-men Imbalance Patch.
Angel fix- same effect, but add: randomly moves to avoid being destroyed
Not gonna lie i snuck Kang into a greedy ongoing tribunal deck. Bluff snapping on Six got me so many cubes. Also i could see if they were about to nuke me with an enchantress. Not very effective but very fun.
I have him in a daken combo deck.
He actually serves a purpose as when I hit the daken combo my biggest problem is usually actually my hand being completely full. So even if I draw him early I'm ok with seeing the play then making space.
Baron Mordo is exactly like Cable,... but you lose info since you don't see the card you mill, or even more so, it doesn't add a card to hand.

If I were to change Kang's text, it would be something along the lines of:
Restart the turn after this card is played, but your opponent no longer has the cards played that turn. This cannot be played on turn 6.
Master Mold - 4/6 - at the end of each turn, Master Mold delivers a Sentinel to your opponents hand.
That would add up to 4 Sentinels on a 7 turn game.
Angel should be, When one of your cards is destroyed, this flies out of your hand (not deck) and replaces it, its power equals the destroyed cards power. We would finally have a Shang Chi counter on turn 6, plus would have lots of card combos with destroy then

Mailbag: Just an idea for Master Mold. What if it gains power for every Sentinel on the board (either side). Also, make it a 2/3 to start. As well as still giving two sentinels to your opponent
Idea for angel. Same stats(maybe) effect- brings back a destroyed card here. They chi'd your card. Bring it back. Kind of like the effect of Phoenix without the movement or merging.
Not gonna lie, I played quicksilver my first deck and thought it was so useful having a card I could play on turn 1 and had Angel in my first destroy deck 😂
Silver is not so bad, considered you have a playable 1 cost every game. Helps with locations, or any other „play here“ effects. I play him sometime in arena to counter spider ham. But all in all, if you do the math on him he is just not worth it. Sadly

It makes sense to play him when you are first starting but as you get more cards he gets sidelined fast.

You can make Silver work in some decks. Building on that save 1 drop is possible. I played him back in the days when Lockjaw was a 3 drop. The odds of drawing Lock until the 4th turn are high. So having a highly guaranteed lockjaw play on turn 4 with Silver is something to work with. Pair this with Crystal, Thor, Jubilee and the old America Chavez and you had a solid base to develop from.
Silver is a bad card. No doubt. But the consistency he provides is something you can work with. At least back in the days with the old Chavez and old Lockjaw

Back in the days with old Lockjaw and old Chavez the consistency he brings to da table was something to work with. But besides that, his ability is not really helpful. And, like I said, if you do the math, you will see that the effect alone (without being involved in some other combo or having a deck build „around or. with it“) is just not good 🙋♂️
Started running the HE deck with RG with She Hulk, Obomination, moongirl. Been a really fun deck to run. So far 33-21 with it.

I agree with most of this list but I don't understand the hate for Angel. I understand that 2 power is too low and it's not necessarily a game changing card. However, I have a "Death Dino Deck" that I got from watching one of Cozy's destroy deck videos and it has Angel in it. It's a great deck!
I play angel in a destroyer deck and just use it really to help thin the deck lol

What if angel was kinda like phoenix force. When you play angel it merges with a destroyed card and you can then destroy it again with something like venom and add its power...
What if some of the cards who's abilities just dont fit anymore get the ability scrapped for high evo/patriot? Remove colossus's ability, make him usable with patriot, then let High Evo give him some new ability that is stronger than the average 2 drop.
wolverine needs a buff either to power gained per destroy or reduce to a 1 cost card
I think that Master Mold is going to be best fixed by making "factions" a permanent part of the game.
We've already seen Second Dinner establish the ability to buff cards based on them being X-Men or Avengers.
We need to see more of that. Give the Fantastic Four a boost for being played together (because there is no reason to ever play those four cards in a deck together otherwise.) Give the Sinister Six a boost for being played together.
And with that in mind? Master Mold (and the Sentinels and Nimrod) should all be better based on the number of mutants on your opponents side.
Here is my idea for fixing cards:
Nick Fury 2/3 - On Reveal: Put three random Avengers in your hand. Avengers gain +1 power.
Domino 2/4 - If anything the opponent plays would affect Domino negatively, it affects a random opponent's card instead.
Kang The Conqueror 2/3 - On Reveal: You get to see the opponent's unrevealed cards this turn. You may choose to move, destroy, or reduce the power of one of these cards to 0. You may not play this after turn 3.
Mantis 2/3 - On Reveal: Gain the ability of the lowest cost card your opponent played this turn. If it was played here, do it again.
Big fan of Red Guardian. Love pairing with Rogue. Nice to use against High Evo - Cyclops

I'd love to see Angel just become a regenerative destroy card similar to Deadpool/X23/Wolverine. He'd be the worst of them, but at least then Angel can be the consistency piece he's intended to be.
Here is one big reason red guard is is good and sometimes BETTER than rogue or enchantress; he costs one less (than enchantress, but has same power almost due to his effect), but accomplishes largely the same thing against a ongoing combo deck to hit iron man.
Better than rogue cause rogue is random targeting and red guardian you have more control over what he hits at times.
Unfortunately while the energy equalizer card is a neat idea, it still wouldn’t work with Havok. If he doesn’t take an energy he doesn’t gain power

Since Disney own the Aliens and Predator franchises, and with both recently getting Marvel comic runs do you guys think they would ever appear in Snap, and would you guys like to see such iconic characters in snap.
I don't like the idea of making Kang 3 cost. The lower cost he has, the more America Chavez he becomes (and devs don't want that as well). Cuz you have even more chances to draw him on a turn when you play him, so it turns your 12-cards deck into 11-cards. Also using him for bluff snap or deck thinning is the worst card design ever. Getting info is what he supposed to do, so it's better to buff him in that way (dunno how tho). Replace him with first card you've played this game after his ability mb?
Mr Fantastic should be 2/2: Increase your hand size to 8. Synergy with moon girl, dino, loki, etc. Also in theme with lore.
Mantis change:
2/2 On Reveal: if your opponent played any cards here this turn, peek at their current hand
(Not sure of the wording, but it lets you spy on what your opponent is holding if you guess right)
Benefit is obviously strong, but balanced imo since you have to guess to get it. This keeps the mind-reading flavor on point too.

Alex, the first mailbag question postulates a card that says the player's max energy cannot exceed the current round number. That wouldn't apply to Havok.

I really would think kang would be better if the opponent just can't change what they placed. So you can only make changes. Or. Another Thought I had is make him a 5/2 . When you play him it doesn't rewind and remove him. Instead you can change where your opponents cards were places .

They should change mantis’s ability to take the highest cost card from the opponents deck if they played on the same location, then it will be a balanced risk/reward
