JUST FYI , Since I’m already getting questions and comments about what I’m using during pregnancy... the olehendrikson products that say retin-alt , means retinol alternative, which means there is no retinol in the product. It’s safe and clean ingredients- you can look it up if you wish. As far as salicylic acid acne treatment, I’ve already done my research and it’s safe to use if you are using a low percentage , which all products I shared are. I shared all natural options that I’ve been using throughout my pregnancy.

Because of those 3 ingredients, she recommended that I stop using it as soon as I got pregnant. Again, we're not trying to make you feel bad or call you out, at least I'm not. I'm just trying to share my experience. OBVIOUSLY, you do whatever you're comfortable with. It's your body and your baby. No judgment, just love and support!
Just wanted to let you know removing your makeup with makeup wipes is HORRIBLE for your skin. I've been told by many skincare professionals that they have ingredients that are not good for you. You need to go in with an oil or balm as a first step then go with a cleanser as your second.

During your pregnancy you should use a more clean routine. You’re putting so many chemicals on your skin, all of which get absorbed into your bloodstream in less than one minute. This also goes for hair products. Please consult your healthcare provider before continuing use of all of the products you have shown, especially the one with hemp and cannabis.

The purple up and up brand makeup wipes ruined my skin! Beware! There is actually a lot of terrible ingredients in them! Honestly, you don’t even really need to use a makeup remover wipe if you have a good cleanser. As soon as I stopped using them my skin made a complete 180°

Since your breaking out go fragrance free! I swear once u got fragrance free u will stop breaking out u probably are allergic to a fragrance and when ingredients say fragrance they don’t list out every item bc it’s proprietary they could have 100 ingredients just in that one word so that could be what is keeping u breaking out! Just an idea.
Girl I think you would be a great candidate for the double cleanse method (using a cleansing oil/balm and then using a facial cleanser afterwards). Makeup wipes are bad for your skin (and the environment) and don’t actually get all of your makeup off, which can then cause more breakouts! I'm in my 30s and I still have acne issues. Two things really helped me: ditching the makeup removing wipes and face brush. I use silicone one from foreo, did you try that one? Xoxo
That's normal my first pregnancy was a girl and I had bad skin and also I was 19 so I was still having bad acne for that age I struggled worth it as a teen but it cleared as an adult. But now with my Son my pregnancy I was glowing my skin was amazing but after having my son my skin struggles but I take good care of my skin so it's not a horrible. Also your body changes dramaticly after having a baby with pretty much everything the things they don't really tell you or talk about is after having a baby so my body is not the same not the weight but what could have once I can't have any more bc I'm allergic now it's so weird

I broke out a lot with both of my pregnancies. Both were boys. With my 1st it was really bad and surprisingly with my twins not as bad but nothing helped both times. Currently 17 weeks and it’s starting to get better.

I've been dealing with this type of acne since getting pregnant in 2017 as well. I'm 18 mo pp now and my skin is starting to balance. I take alaninu balance as a supplement, and vitamins from care/of. After you have your son/are done breastfeeding if you choose to go that route, look into it! It's been a game changer in fixing hormonal breakouts.
I think sometimes if you keep things simple and fragrance free it can really help with acne. I use 3 products acne free cleanser, witch hazel and shea butter all are fragrance free.
Give curology a try, that helped me sooooo much I recommend it and it’s so easy to use. it’s basically like a dermatologist creating a formula specifically for your skin. no sponsored lol but that has helped me so much and I think you’d love it. the price is worth it but if it’s too expensive they have a cheaper option and you get the same amount of product it’s amazing.

Something that REALLY helped my pregnancy acne was Witch Hazel! I used it as a toner and it cleared me up fast!

I broke out a lot with both of my pregnancies. Both were boys. With my 1st it was really bad and surprisingly with my twins not as bad but nothing helped both times. Currently 17 weeks and it’s starting to get better.

I've been dealing with this type of acne since getting pregnant in 2017 as well. I'm 18 mo pp now and my skin is starting to balance. I take alaninu balance as a supplement, and vitamins from care/of. After you have your son/are done breastfeeding if you choose to go that route, look into it! It's been a game changer in fixing hormonal breakouts.
I think sometimes if you keep things simple and fragrance free it can really help with acne. I use 3 products acne free cleanser, witch hazel and shea butter all are fragrance free.
Give curology a try, that helped me sooooo much I recommend it and it’s so easy to use. it’s basically like a dermatologist creating a formula specifically for your skin. no sponsored lol but that has helped me so much and I think you’d love it. the price is worth it but if it’s too expensive they have a cheaper option and you get the same amount of product it’s amazing.
