I was new at the dealership and was laughed at because the first thing I did was remove the tires and dropped the truck down so I could reach the engine bay. Warranty time was over 21 hours and I had it done and out the door just over 7 hours.

All these fragile little men getting their egos punctured. Let's face it, unless you cast your own parts, do every last bit of machining and complete any heat or chemical treatments yourself when you 'build your car' you're merely assembling a collection of parts you bought. Same difference.

Its all about having to lean over into the hood getting poked and prodded by components, losing tools, etc. The little pocket thing for your tools is cool for that reason. So you can keep that damn stool. After working on diesel trucks for 14 years I'd invest in that thing in heartbeat. My pops has an F150, it would make it easier to work on it.

And heaven forbid I actually need any kind of leverage at the back of the engine. Rig like that would be absolutely amazing where I need it.
All things aside this is something I’d get my pops. My old man is getting ready to retire and he LOVES working on vehicles. It’s his passion and see him struggle with aches and pains as he grows older makes me want to provide something for him to continue his passion. Love you pops

I’m getting one of this creepers to work on my diesel trucks I almost ended up on a wheelchair on the last two repairs I have done 15h total approximately on my knees on top of radiators and engine bay🙄 I have grill guards on both of my trucks and that’s makes it even harder to work on it thanks for the video.
