Always get the $1 Special CD Research. I've never seen the value be less than at least double in just what you get in rewards. Plus there is a 10/10/10 floor on the featured mon from the Special Research, so chances are pretty good that you will get a high value Bagon.
I've seen where I am say 4th in one, but I could get to 1st in another by switching out and placing into the new showcase. Sometimes I am 1st by a comfortable margin in one and 2nd in another by a little, but if I double switch, I could be 1st in both. Some people just snipe at the end...

Will this work on a shadow evolution to learn outrage? What if I had a shadow bagon that I removed frustration in the last rocket event, will it learn outrage through evolution during this event on the 7th?
There's currently an event until April 9th (Sizeable Surprises) which is already 2x xp for nice throws or better. Will this stack and then make it 12x xp with a lucky egg? If so, that is absolutely ridiculous.
What kinda sucks about this CD is that i caught a hundo Bagon about a year back and was too excited and evolved it into Salamence not thinking about its legacy move Outrage. Hoping I can get another hundo this CD because I really have no plans on using an ETM on my hundo 'Mence.

Why would people swap out Pokemon in the showcase thing?? Surely everyone just puts in their heaviest/biggest Pokemon
It's mainly to monitor if they've been overtaken by someone else & maintain the #1 position.
They might get a larger one as the day goes on and just add it right near the end so no one has time to respond and add a different one

You do realize that IVs reroll upon trading, meaning your 'hundo' mewtwo will no longer be a hundo if you trade it

If you have removed frustration it will get outrage by evolution between 2pm and 7pm on the day

Right, it has to be the right level for the 100% CP. I have seen many a mon which was a hundo if it was a different level. Catch it, then appraise it.
