Thank you I was using a 6'6ft 3-5kg rod with a 3000 reel

I think an 8ft would be alright. I reckon the 6'6 is just Abit small
@@myfishingadventures7532 I have a 7ft6 not sure if it casts metal lures out further then an 8ft I haven't try it yet
