Wow that was incredible! Such a beautiful plant! To be honest looking at its initial condition I wasn't too sure it would bounce back, but of course you guys are incredible and this is a testament to your method. Can't wait to see this begonia develop further...the world needs more plants!
The roots on begonias scared us so bad the first time we did this. Thought for sure we’d lose them. Turns out they love it and do great! Thank you Sean!!
Yeahh.. not our favorite. That’s why we stick to moss for props and corms. Corms are still a slight mystery to us. It seems like anything that is crossed with Macrorrhizas does great and everything else is a struggle to get started or not to rot quickly even after a good hydrogen peroxide soak
@@kairavikulkarni6986 We use 3% hydrogen peroxide. We let the plants roots sit directly in the hydrogen peroxide for 30 seconds or so to allow it to do its job and get rid of as much of the bacteria that causes root rot. Then we rinse the roots off with water. We do the same thing when it comes time to flush plants that are potted up

How do you sanitize roots with hydrogen peroxide? Is there a proportion that works? I have tried using H2O2 and ended up killing my plants.
