UA-cam learning is effective especially to people with small attention span it’s because we can pause and rewind the discussion when our mind starts to wander. Many instructors in the physical school are good too but we can’t pause them 😂

After 21 months all of my metabolic blood test results and blood pressure are really good and at 65 I have a CAC of zero, but my LDL has increased a lot and I'm trying to learn about the metabolic processes etc to try to understand if the high LDL might be an issue.

Hey people. for a person starting this Metabolism chapter, do you suggest: A) go through this series of "Metabolic Maps" first and then go to the detail ones like "glicolysis" or "glicogenesis" (..) B)go through the detailed ones first , and then go throught this "Metabolic Maps" ???

Frankly speaking, it doesn't make much difference whatever you choose to do first...coz this video is really soo simple, doesn't matter whether you do it first or at the last...but if you do the detailed ones first and then come here you may go through revision in your mind when Zack is explaining basics... I hope it'll help you😄
