In the one card refrain combo you can and on etoile+shuberta+aria You need to send aria to the gy with the pend eff of refrain, add it bach with soprano and use it as cost for the link 2, then summon soprano and the lv 3 from deck, use soprano on summ eff to add back aria, then use soprano to go into shuberta using the link, then use sophina to add back soprano the pend summon soprano and aria, then use soprano to summon etoile using sophina and the lv 3.
Thats interesting. My one question is, assuming you only open Refrain, and you use its Pend effect to send Aria to GY, then how do you get access to Soprano to add back Aria. I feel like you'd need another card in addition to refrain but I could be wrong

Nibiru's effect activates which allows you to chain to it. What you can do is, after Nibiru activates, you activate Etoile and banish all your monsters then send cards your opponent controls to the hand. Nibiru will then summon itself using the opponent's monsters. If there are no monsters left on the field by time Nibiru attempts to resolve, it fails and remains in the opponent's hand and cannot activate again.

Good point. I think you should be able to get another Pendulum in circulation but if not it might be better to go into I:P or Schuberta instead of the Odd Eyes play
As a Melodious enthusiast since 2016, I agree, TamTam is such an overrated engine before, let alone with the new support. There is just no need for her and the need to play Poly is just clunky. Back then, if I wanted to play TamTam, I am better off playing Branded Melodious, Fluffal Melodious, Shaddoll Melodious and yes, even a Hero variant of the build. Ostinato - fuse Bacha via sending Refrain & Aria Bacha special summons Shopina Shopina gets back Refrain Normal Summon Refrain and search Couplet Activate Couplet search effect to special summon Aria Link away Shopina and Bacha for Composer Composer effect (first chain Bacha) Special Shopina then Composer effect CL2 to summon Soprano and Elegy Couplet pendulum effect to search Concerto Fuse Soprano and Composer SS Schuberta from extra deck Shopina effect to get back Soprano from grave Activate Concerto fusing Soprano, Shopina and whatever Melodious you have on hand to summon Etoile. Schuberta (banish from grave on opponents turn) Aria, Elegy, Refrain and Etoile (non targeting quick effect removal) Plenty of other combo routes available and there is a few that I have in mind as I play the Krystia and Foolish Burial as tech choices.
I never had a problem when it came to the Herald ratios specifically. You can add 2-3 more melodious names, but if you're doing that just for Herald its not worth it. Better to min-max and try to see your 1 card combos as much as possible with 4 hand traps to support it
Melodious Spright is super good after Terminal World and Infinite Forbidden come out. Melodious engine runs same amount of main deck cards as brave engine which is already popular in Spright, but it ends on so much more and it also bridges into the spright engine on its own. You get 15 one card combos and many more 2 card combos. Going 2nd you can always side it out and go for board breakers as well which are stronger with the banning of Baronne/Savage.
looks like fun but 1st movement is 25-30€ with only like 200 copies on the market (less if I wanted in an understandable language) really sad, thought the deck looked interesting, but for a deck thats not my "main" Im not really willing to shill that much .-.
Honestly I 90% agree, but some pendulums are exceptions like Nemleria for example it plays completely different than other pendulums. Even melodious uses pendulums differently, but they do generally feel like one big archetype

This is a pure decklist bro Im not showing it as an engine. Pure can play 20 hand traps and stay consistent. If you run it as an engine the whole deck is completely different you cant compare it

As much as the odd eyes absolute combo is insane i don't think it's what pure melodious should be doing, because it plays so much worse into handtraps compared to just going into etoile + aria + schuberta or etoile + bagooska + bacha lines
The pure combos that end on Etoile are very good in most matchups, but in some matchups sometimes you need to spam some negates and win. I think both are correct depending on the meta and matchup

10:25 issue here. You need a face up Pendulum monster in your extra deck for Vortex's omni negate to be live, but this end board doesn't have any.

19 handtrap, with 10 fairies, doesnt the deck brick and isnt orange light not consistent with only 10 melodious fairies?
