I have a good scale but it’s not a smart scale so I ordered the Wyze scale this morning. I love the Wyze products and have several different items. By the way, you must be fairly tall because you don’t look like you weigh 188!
Great review guys.. I love this company and even though I already have a smart scale I’m going to buy this one to support the in anyway I can. Question for you will the scale capture your reading even if your don’t have your phone near by or the app open? If you don’t have app open on your phone will it sync your reading the next time you take a measurement? The Fitbit scale is an over price POS but when it worked I liked the fact that it synced over my WiFi so I didn’t have to have the phone with me in the mornings. I use a Renoho scale now and it’s great works well and it’s extremely consistent unlike that silly Fitbit Aria but it will not read my measurements or even store it if I don’t have the app open on my phone. If this will at the very least cache the results and sync next time I have the app open I’ll be a happy camper.
The scale does cache results if you don’t have the phone connected. We haven’t tested that beyond one or two data points, but rumors have it that it’ll store weeks worth.
The scale has 1 MAJOR FLAW. It runs off 4 AAA batteries. If it had used 4 AA batteries Lenink has a device you could use that wold let you put it into a ac outlet. Lenink has no unit that has 4 AAA batteries. It would of been nice if Wyze had of made the scale so it had a ac/dc plug that had a 6 foot cord that you could plug into a wall outlet. Then you would not have to change batteries (unless you occasionally use it as a portable scale).

I'm trying to share the scale with my son. I'm following the instructions but now I'm just waiting. 🤔 I don't understand.

We never set up a profile for the dog, but I’m sure you could do that.

Can't figure out how a guest user can weigh and not affect my stored weights.
You can always delete any measurements that are not yours.

No, but it asks you to input your height so it can do proper estimations of BMI and other statistics
