😮 A squatter is literally a long-term trespasser, so the term "squatters rights" makes no sense to me. Lol
Where I'm from, you have "the right" to get outta my space before I have to make a phone call to some of the craziest people in my family.
Nothing gets handled here with lawyers or silly tricks. 😂
What usually happens for someone to be able to do this in Texas is that Squatters are living there for over 10 years and have to be paying taxes for that long. I guess what that means is that the previous owners have neglected taking care of the property and paying the taxes. The Government is always going to side with whoever is paying taxes....
What one man do was wait outside till he saw they left for their errands then he broke into his own home and changed the locks, he squatted his own home. The police or court wasn’t kicking the squatters out so he did the same
In the Philippines theres what you called “professional squatters”,,, so squatters in the Philippines when relocated they bring them to government housing that they will pay like $20 a month about 1000 pesos but after 3 months of living in that housing they will rent it out to other people for 2000 pesos a month $40, and the people who supposed to be the owner will look for another squatters area to squat on and wait for another relocation and do the same thing, thats why there are squatters who have a lot of gov housing that they turn in to business
Can coming in hot, and I agree. 👌
Bro with this stuff I’d take the assault charge it’s literally my home
I’ll be watching just to look at the background.
You haven't seen my Tongan family at the snow, slippers shorts an all still lol
Day 51 of whatever people say about Ryan and t shirts
😂😂😂
Steve is coooold-blooded 😂 (Dave Chapelle as Rick James)..🎉
Cant u just pretend like u didn’t know they were squatting, act surprised when u see them and pow pow because u thought it was a break in..
Depends on the state but probably
Some are made into fentynal labs, under false pretenses. “Tenants “ lol
I don't know if I can say this for LEGAR reasons.
Joe looks like comedian Henry Cho
The squatter who got the house for free probably sold it and got like 500k cash just for legally stealing a house.
Me love how Jk News crew figures these News Reports out.
😂😂😂😂😂😅😅😅
Fuck empty houses. Squatters rights ftw.
Day 51 of whatever people say about Ryan and t shirts
It is the same thing in the states. If you don’t pay taxes on your property you can loose the house.
First
Let's guess the skin color of the squatter lmao, and yes it's exactly who you think it is
Blue?
Green
Turn off the electric of the additional unit may work as well. Hope you have a way to do that from outside the unit.
FML. I'm gonna go be a squatter too.
Meep Meep
Hey!!
Wild
Oh, heck no. Is the squatter going to be making the mortgage payments and/or paying the property and estate taxes as well?
Actually yes to paying the taxes, If an owner of a property is going to abandon it having no one live in it. Seems only right with the need for housing to allow a legal recourse of someone else to take it up. Like you have to pay the taxes along with physically living there. And at any point the owner tells you to get off the property you have to. Mindfully that's at least 10 years in most parts of the world
That is how squatters actually win. Cause they pay for everything.
Squatting on someone's property without permission is trespassing, which is a criminal act. If you have to break into a property to get into it, that is unlawful entry, also a criminal act. As is when someone steals someone's vehicle, it is deemed unlawful possession of stolen property. All of which are criminal acts which the laws then reward the criminals for, over the hard working people that legally purchased the property in the first place.🤨
All these ignorant jokes about California, Under California Civil Code section 1007, a squatter can establish legal possession of a property by occupying it openly and continuously for a period of five years without the owner's permission.
Dumb
And?
Imagine being this much of a douche that you can't take a joke, and then go Google code to appear informed
Good to know
Jokes on a comedy channel. Go figure.😏 As to things that are ignorant, that would be the laws in California, as well as in New York. Where the laws, such as the one you described, gives more rights to those committing criminal acts, over the hard working men and women who worked to earn the funds to pay for and legally purchase the property in the first place. 🤨 Squatting on someone's property without permission is trespassing, which is a criminal act, as well as unlawful entry to get into the property in the first place.
10 years is craY
Sounds like the judge is a Criminal also.
in our society, property must have social function. if it doesn't, society must take it back to be used to the benefit of the collective.
