1. Have a strategy: Spend your time wisely. Don't just say "I need to study", specify whether what you're going to do, and when.
2. Measure progress: If you're not progressing enough, you should try a different strategy. Measure how accurate your answers are and how fast you are able to learn the info using the technique to see if it is good for you.
3. Before you go to bed, visualize yourself achieving what you want to achieve. This can help focus you on making it a reality.
4. Talk less: Get into the study zone by spending less time talking/wasting time, because that can mess with your emotions and consequently, your focus.
Thank you dear ❣️❣️❣️
last one is really bad for me.TALKING MORE and than day is ruined

Studying: don’t think about it. Just do it! I stopped thinking about it. Ignore your feelings, get out of the “I’ll do it tomorrow/later” loop. Do bit by bit every moment you can. Overtime you’ll build the discipline. Fantastic video Anas, always delivering brilliant content. I’ve been learning lots from your experience that you convey through your videos. Keep up and wishing you the best in your medical career
