My husband loves your videos. We were talking after he watched one and decided if he wants the floor manager, or deli assistant manager position he's going to need to behave like he already has it. It is hard to give an answer but a couple of things you can do is meet with them and see if you can work out any difficulties between the two of you. Sometimes you can and sometimes you can't but you can agree to keep things professional. If the person is hurting your performance, you can always discuss it with your supervisor or Human Resources.
