How to Sew a Front Button Placket - Florence Dress - Sew Me Something Patterns

- Miss Sew shows you how to sew a placket in the front of a garment.
This technique is used when there is no centre front seam on a blouse, shirt, dress or top. The placket is added to create an opening on which you can add buttons and buttonholes.
The video shows the pattern pieces from the Sew Me Something Florence Dress Version 1.
The machine used in the video is a Janome 230DC.
