face and rim shaft alignment final calculation part 8

In the final phase we add radial and angular corrections . if result is plus we add and if result is minus we remove shims. The benefit of angular correction is that it will not change radial correction required which we obtain by dividing total radial reading by 2.

In case reading is in minus means .
T+B=L+R
T:0
B:-0.04
L:0.01
R:-005
As per formula
0+(-0.04)=0.01+(-0.05)
-0.04=-0.04
Is it correct pls suggest.
Pls explain how the top +bottom and right +left values come equal , practical explanation is required.
