I just find that turning up the resonance on the LP filter at all will suck out all the bass, but I think that's a given with polysynths so that the bass of multiple voices isn't overwhelming.
Great demo ! 8:16 = Massive Attack (100th Window) Nice. I must say I was impressed with the P12 sound. But I think it's just somewhat overpriced . So I bought the Summit. I think it's a great competitor for the P12. EDIT 03/03/23 : I bought a P12 AND your patches ! They are top notch!!
Great sounds. Was trying to decide between Quantum and this... different i know ...feeling more convinced now for p12,cheaper and better quality and support i have heard. Nice patches again.
I hate this! Cuz i don't have the cash right now to get my P12. Arrrrrghhhhh...(But yeah, I like to hear people who know what they're doing) Veerry nice patches. Fine video too.
P.S. I've been save some beautiful wood to replace the side panels. - one day. It's gonna happen. (I'm a cash n carry type. No credit card debt for 3 years now!))
To load the sounds, you will need a MIDI utility or other application capable of opening and sending MIDI System Exclusive (SysEx) messages. MIDI-OX (Windows) and SysEx Librarian (Mac OS) are shareware MIDI utilities that can reliably be used to update DSI instruments. Another way is with the Soundtower Prophet 12 Editor, which I prefer... its a good way to organise and change patches...
in my opinion it has the perfect size, this is not a stagepiano, it's a synth... and for the money you get insane modulation routing capabilities and a hell of a synth...
Blade Runner patch sounds indistinguishable from a real analog oscillator. Sounds same as the cs 80 to me, and adagio sounds like real string samples...well close enough.
A damn fine programmer damn fine playing a damn fine synth!! What a joy!
Had me at the 2nd patch 👌followed by that Bladerunner patch really shows the vastness of the 12s palette.
Excellent! Most sophisticated patches I‘ve heard on the P12, and I‘ve heard a lot.
I’m really surprised people complain about the bass on this synth. It sounds great!
I love the bass on the P12, maybe moreson than the P-6! Granted the P6 is well known for exceeding in other areas...
what do they say ?
to me, it sounds huge. not to much greasy bass as a moog tho.
i personally hear a low end emphasis wich i like.
Fleur De Lys The girth parameter is pretty solid for beefing things up. Usually adds around 90-120hz to my ear, havent actually analyzed it.

Having now listened to the rest they’re all excellent, will be the first soundpack I buy when I finally get my hands on the 12 👍
Sensational. You've inspired me to go in new directions with my wonderdul Prophet12! superb pad sound at 2:39
Nice sounds! I’ll pick them up when I get my prophet set up again 😄
A few of these really made my say, "Wow." Especially Adagio Strings and Absynth. Well done!
awesome, this angle just taught me the theme from Bladerunner to, you rock!
Just Love The Sounds Out Of This Well Done Mate
Tom’s Mallets. I get that reference. ;) Very Night on Earth.
Stunning patches and sound! bravo
Ok, ok. Take my money. Order placed. :)
Thank you. Let me know how you like the patches. I really put a lot of effort in many of them...

By far the best patches out there very organic and useful
great work...order placed
Great sounds.

Nice patches again.
thank you.... Yes, the P12 is a fantastic instrument, go for it...
I was the same but with the iridium, going prophet12 now.
It’s a classic and I read Arturias pigments can do 99% of what the Waldorf can.
amazing strings patch
Excellent.
Great patches! What theme are you playing on "Shimmering Living" ? - I want to learn it!! So haunting! :-)
thanks for your comment. Except for the Bladerunner sound all the themes I play are improvised...
i smell Jexus here...
my thought exactly. the angle, editing, sound-style, even the harmonies...
Jexus is an absolute synth-god-guru.
Badass!
Subbed
Holy shit.

I finally got a Prophet 12! Now to lean how to wrangle this thing. Should be a lot of fun.
That’s in series of unfortunate events @ 9:10
How do we load them up on the profit?

From the looks of things the soundtower editor seems to be least complicated. Will go with that thanks 👍
@@tempo7151 sound tower is garbage
organ sounds ? doesn't it has ? like hammond rock organ or similar
Go to sleep
For the INSANE amount of money they're asking for, I'd like an option of full 88 keys.
