This is good enough to make me go back and play the Moog One in my local store for a third time...

Surprised a store even has one on the floor.

@@1-_-M00g-_-1 Everything that I have purchased from Moog has been sight-unseen. The most I have ever seen in a store was a Little Phatty over a decade ago, and a Grandmother. That is is. Most stores won't stock stuff because it is too expensive, and this was even while the Moogerfoogers were in production.

Do it! I just want to play it “one” time

It's not so easy to find real pros playing synths here on youtube, and it's always a very very big pleasure when it happens.

The reason Matt makes the Moog sound good is because he is an artist. Making music will sound good on whatever he uses. The rest of us testing for testing sake and judging is just a blight on our judgemental selves. Lovely skills Matt and great design and musicianship. Appreciated. Hope Moog have given you some goodies!

Seeing as your outstanding demos must have surely led to increased sales of the One, Moog should provide you free of charge with a proper keyboard stand for that thing. Obviously all the wobbling hasn't negatively affected your chops, but every time I watch one of your videos, I can't help but worry that it's gonna take a tumble.

So great Matt! A lot of the presets were disappointing as they seem more "engineering" focused than musical or goosebump oriented and I was dying for this video when I first got mine. I feel like the best thing I did was turn off the effects on patches to learn and attain more Moog tone OR hit Init and knob twiddle. There were some good ones as well (not dissing Moog, the synth is a work of art), the patches just did a disservice to the synth IMO ;) Keep these coming good man.

Love your playing! At 7:30 I dig the FM-esque sounds you are getting here! I played the Moog One at the Moog factory in Ashville, NC and to be honest I wasn't super impressed. But it seems so complex you would need to have the manual open and a month going through it to get the most of this board. I'm sure after an extensive time with it, I could get some amazing sounds.
