It will be great to know what is the impact of packaged foods meant for babies like cerelac, similac etc. I mean whether they provide any benefit or not. Thanks.
Great video, you are doing a great service to parents who are unaware about toddler's nutrition. Btw have you created any video on toddler foods like cerelac and similac. Please provide the link if possible.
This was a video on "suprisingly" nutritious foods - as most foods in the video are viewed as "unhealthy" but they do offer nutrients and can add to the diet, especially if a toddler is choosy about food. As an aside, toddlers don't need a lot of protein - just enough - and too much can be risky for their developing organs.
I'll do a video on optimal foods for the toddler - this was supposed to help families whose toddlers were eating "common" toddler foods and let them know that there's still nutrition in them, even though it may not be what society says is "ideal."
This is alot of interesting information... but I don't think I could ever convince myself that a chemical laiden "veggie burger" is even close to as healthy as real beef.
What nutritious foods would you like to see your toddler eating??

I don't have videos on those topics.
Where's the protein in this advice? All those carbs and fruit isn't so good for you.

Vegetable oil is not healthy 😊
Not one of these seems nutritious or good for toddlers. Where are some proteins? Unfried and not sweet stuff?

I hear you. But the world is wide and full of people with different food preferences...
I agree. While veganism is technically healthy the plethora of ultra processed vegan items can't possibly be healthy.
@@JillCastle Food preferences that can lead to a very unhealthy human.
