I think it works well compared to the older models. but for $500 ? .... you might as well just buy another rig like a 440 or 395. This thing could be handy for small projects seeing how you don't have to load up a buncha paint in a hose line. You could actually utilize a small amount of paint for a small job. If it came down in price I would look into getting one.
southsideshenanigans. Go open an account at SW. Theyve got a contractor package that gives 10% off total first purchase plus a coupon for $50.00 off if you spend $100.00 or more. So $500 - $50= $450.00 - 10% = $405.00 + any other bonus/promotion you can finess. Thats not bad. 2 li-io 20v dewalt batteries are $85.00 each.
juventus1221 he's probably done many jobs. His set up shows he knows what he is doing. I love that pitcher for easy fill ups, I would get a lid though... Knows what he's doing and how much paint to use. I'm a technician
These handhelds are best for doors, windows, trim, garage doors, cabinets and other small to mid sized projects. No way would I wear one out doing complete exteriors. Get an inexpensive skid pump for these jobs. I've had a Wagner 404+ forever and it still sprays exteriors like new. Of course, it's a hydraulic unit and has little to go bad on it.
From the looks of his gun and the size of this project it looks like this guy got his money out of the gun.😎
Buen trabajo
I figured a big job could be done. There are larger 42 oz cup systems available. And you can by extra full cup systems for fast paint reload changes.
I’m thinking a bigger tip would have been far more efficient for this job. More coverage.
How times did you have to replace the battery and refill the paint container?
tb0256 it was designed on purpose for small jobs.
Seems like a huge project for this sprayer. How many times did you have to refill pot?
We recommend this sprayer for jobs up to 50m². You are right it is not a sprayer to continuously spray but complementary to your airless sprayer.

juventus1221 when you work non stop, tools get dirty, greasy, etc.
