It was mine and my family’s favorite time, too! How we loved going there that year! My Jared just loved that parade and when we got back home we would all march and dance around our home to this song. Such wonderful times! Agreed, It was so magical and classic feeling. I compare it to our 25th (WDW) It was just everywhere you turned and Magical. New Parades, Shows, and more. So good! They don't make celebrations like they used to.

+v torry Disneyland is still great. I still prefer a Frozen theme land than Star Wars Land because it's DISNEY. Yes, I love Star Wars but not very Disney. Still excited about Star Wars Land.

someone correct me if i'm wrong but wasn't the version of the "welcome" show stop heard during weekend rope drps (the version in the actual parade was much shorter ,something like a little over 2 minutes)

The 50th anniversary was easily my favorite time at Disneyland
