Jimmy for the rear I would’ve done rear end flip kit putting the rear and underneath the leaf springs I’ll give you better stability while going off road 🤔👍😊
The axle is on top of the leaves, putting the springs over would also make more useable ground clearance as the springs hang so far down as it is. Not that they’ll ever change it, but it would be a better way to achieve lift.
CasinovaGaming not on Jimmy’s DJM truck it’s spring under axle by making it spring over he will get a better lift and more ground clearance and more stability
@@imnota 2 inches in the suspension lift is fine in this Suzuki going higher might cause some damage not in the front CV axle but the rear driveshaft especially the cross join
He needs to drop the cross member down 2 inches and extend the top of the knuckle 2 inches. Then the suspension geometry will be same as stock, just shifted two inches.
Little over fenders and backroof fin spoilor on top cab and... not a light bar but 4 old offroad rally lights rally spot lights on front roof or on bumpar with bumper bar
At my old work we used mini trucks all the time (they were our work horses), all of them were manual and white paint but the new one we got is silver and auto, its like the daily driver mini truck lol. These things take a beating and are pretty hard to get stuck. You have hardly even pushed the limits of the thing, go bog deep with it you would be surprised on how good they are off-road!
This is a true fix. I have the same set up as you! Slot the upper bolt of the front struts where the knuckles mount! This will fix your camber issues. As for other suggestions. Get 300Lbs springs for the front and longer shocks for the rear. This will improve handling by a ton! Cheers!
If yall know abt those off road racing semi trucks. I think a front bashbar/roll cage on the front of this thing would look so good and protect it for when it gets sent into the woods face first
Great videos, we love your JDM truck, great build I will definitely follow. The best part is how much fun you're having and how great the videos are introduced to us.
I agree with B in getting a fleet of mini trucks! Everyone drives a different color one, each mini truck from different brands and when you go to the track 1 truck can be for all tools, another truck for all spare parts, another truck with a grill mink fridge and snacks, another truck with all merch and then if there's another truck maybe a crazy sound system with huge speakers in the back 🤣
I would watch our doing a shackle lift, longer shackles will change your pinion angle and can cause driveline vibration, something to think about. Spring over axle might be a better solution but that could also cause more severe u-joint angles. If you have driveline vibrations that might be the first place to look.
Stop making the mini trucks look so fun I want one and your going to make the price go up on them because everyone is going to want one lol love the videos
In Australia we call them bullbars i thinkkkk you guys call them brush gaurds. But it would be great to see a kei truck alloy bullbar on the off road truck. Just to make trees disappear when u hit them not the front end.
I never thought I’d say this about a JDM Mini Truck, but you need to get a roll bar, rock sliders and skid plates fabbed up asap. The type of driving your going to do I think the truck will need all the protection it can get.
I'm loving the Kei truck content! Still not mini trucks. Pick up an issue or ten of minitruckin magazine. None of these in there... LOL Just busting balls. Love the show ya'll!
Dig the new ending of the vids keep it up guys love watching you guys grow bigger as a channel on a daily. Just so much positivity and laughs all the time it really seems like there’s little to no stress and it’s great to see that people still are happy and outgoing like all of you are
hey jimmy ive lifted my honda crv using the same style strut spacer lift and the camber always looks very positive when i first let it off the jack and it straightens out when i drive it. you can also try a subframe drop which is very easy to do. you should hit up hrg engineering or aerogenics
Please paint the front bumper white too,it will be much nicer looking.I've been watching since the red Z build, and still love your content Jimmy, keep it up :)
Congrats Jimmy, it looks so sick! Kinda looks like something is installed wrong on the right front, on video that side looks way worse than the left side camber wise.
“Ive seen two inches that’s not it ‘’😂😂
when is the yellow mini truck getting lowered 👀
I'd love to see the suzuki with a lightbar on the roof and some aditional "offroady" outside cosmetics to complete the roudy look. Great stuff man!
Needs a ranch hand!!
Look up Motocheeze on youtube, his Mini truck is a offroad/trail monster, Would be cool to see jimmy do something similar but with a larger budget
Anything but a light bar..
I'm working on a youtube page with my carry and the mountain fun. I'm still stock size but I've got a "few' lights on it now.
Big damn difference.
Legit Jimmy has me looking at mini trucks best content recently hands down 😂
Fr I might get me one for off-roading 😂
The maximum speed limit in my tiny town is 40 mph. Seriously considering one of these for an around town daily.
FUGGIN SAME. 8k doesnt sound bad
There some for 6k Honda, daihatsu manual
I want to buy one set it up and run it with the quads on the weeekend. Cheaper then buying a Can-Am or Polaris
Since the wrap on the red mini truck already is kinda like the wrap on Adams r32 i think Jimmy should tint the windows red
@GassGaming -Smacks ok lol
@@Spinddrift get it right! Haha guess that dude has too much time on his hands! The red tint would be sweet
Jimmy for the rear I would’ve done rear end flip kit putting the rear and underneath the leaf springs I’ll give you better stability while going off road 🤔👍😊
They're already under the leaf springs. At least on my Honda ACTY they are
The axle is on top of the leaves, putting the springs over would also make more useable ground clearance as the springs hang so far down as it is. Not that they’ll ever change it, but it would be a better way to achieve lift.
@@wethepeople406 weird. The ACTY the axles are below it
wethepeople406 I have a pre runner with spring over axle I run of the high speeds off road and it’s very stable I never have an issue
CasinovaGaming not on Jimmy’s DJM truck it’s spring under axle by making it spring over he will get a better lift and more ground clearance and more stability
"Huge Transformation"
Jimmy rolls it out back trying to drift it.
TRANSFORMERS! MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE!
Never thought I’d “need” a mini truck 😂
Hchqhcbwh. zzznao I 0qidg a b xxx b
You should cut and weld an extension on the lower control arm to get a bit more negative camber.
Definitely think thatll help. Or see if any CanAm or Honda quad has a similar lca
The thing is 4wd so I'm worried for the axles with the lift + extended control arms
@@imnota 2 inches in the suspension lift is fine in this Suzuki going higher might cause some damage not in the front CV axle but the rear driveshaft especially the cross join

“I’ve seen 2 inches and that’s not it” yeah me too, every morning
be careful doing high load situations in reverse, the front diff will grenade due to the diff pinion using a crush washer instead of a solid spacer.
Time to extend the lower control arms to fix that camber hey?
Looks rad.
Lukehaskins75 this
Id love to see the suzuki with a custom rack that folds into a twin sized bed for overlanding adventures

I never thought this channel could get better and then RJ became a regular fixture. So good.
Been watching jimmy for years... when he says “yestaday” it always gets me, so funny.
That thing looks so damn good and it needs tint too! On that note I never thought 35% tint could ever look good on anything but it looks awesome!
Get a light bar for the roof jimmy and a winch with a custom front bumper
Definitely needs a front bash bar and maybe an ATV plow to clean up the parking lot at the shop in the winter!
You gotta stop doing drew so dirty, with those close ups. 🤣
6:05 hahahhaha literally what i was thinking. Looks like something out of Cars movie when they talk to each other.
Just getting to see jimmy lifting the Suzuki mini truck with a huge smile makes my day 😁.
This is a true fix. I have the same set up as you!

Any more info on how to do this camber fix? Also which shocks did you go with? Thanks!
I am genuinely obsessed with the mini truck content.
I'd say put some spacers on it to give it a slightly wider wheel base to give it a little less chance of tipping
You're only lifting one side of the leaf spring with the extended shackles. So a 4" longer shackle will only give you 2" of lift.
If yall know abt those off road racing semi trucks. I think a front bashbar/roll cage on the front of this thing would look so good and protect it for when it gets sent into the woods face first
I never thought I’d want a mini truck.. until you lifted yours. Holy shit that looks so SICK!!
Great videos, we love your JDM truck, great build I will definitely follow. The best part is how much fun you're having and how great the videos are introduced to us.

this mini truck is good for snow too ! because it's light weight
The lifted Kai [K?] needs a bullbar in front with some hella lights [with the white covers] that wuld look rad!

This is way better than seeing a lifted Miata going to the trails. You basically made a mini Safari truck, it's pretty dope.
Love how he bought a s15 and is putting it to the side and just having a blast with his two new minis
Great mini truck. Exoskeleton cage over the cab would be amazing
Jimmy, reach out to Raptor coating about getting your bed lined.
Next you need front bumper and winch and some off road lights
In Australia we call them bullbars i thinkkkk you guys call them brush gaurds. But it would be great to see a kei truck alloy bullbar on the off road truck. Just to make trees disappear when u hit them not the front end.
I've been a subscriber since the haggard garage days, but only now am I watching all the videos regularly ever since the key truck contents
Please build a big rack for the back of that thing with a ladder. Can use some ideas from the guys that camp out in a tent on top of their trucks
Jimmy should turn the mini truck into a touring rig like aussie 4x4
Love the mini's I'm working on importing my 3rd
Need a ledbar on the foof and som big ass spot lights in the front. Would be sick
I never thought I’d say this about a JDM Mini Truck, but you need to get a roll bar, rock sliders and skid plates fabbed up asap. The type of driving your going to do I think the truck will need all the protection it can get.
You need to roll the truck forward or backward after you set the front end on the ground to settle the suspension.
Looks awesome but she needs 1' wheel spacers and some fender flairs!!! And a sick b hall built front/ rear bumpers.
I'm loving the Kei truck content! Still not mini trucks. Pick up an issue or ten of minitruckin magazine. None of these in there... LOL Just busting balls. Love the show ya'll!
Brush guard. Winch taillight covers and tint
Dig the new ending of the vids keep it up guys love watching you guys grow bigger as a channel on a daily. Just so much positivity and laughs all the time it really seems like there’s little to no stress and it’s great to see that people still are happy and outgoing like all of you are
make a little brush guard on the front for it!! thatbway you dont ruin the front pushing over trees and stuff!
Next up, bush bar for Scarry? So you can run into more trees.
Now all it needs is a giant led whip antenna.
👍👍from this guy

Dark Cherry Carry is lookin SICK!!!
You probably have done extended lower control arms before, just hack em' up an extend a little to get the angles right! :)
i love mini trucks and i have been watching your series and the next step is tracks!!!
you guys should take the mini truck to mt beacon! it could totally make it and the view at the top would be a perfect thumbnail
Put a wide body kit like Hoonigan on the yellow one 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
If you trying to find some wheels for the other on I don’t know I you can get them over there but have a look for minilites👍🏼
First time i ever actually went back, and watched last video bcuz a youtuber said.😅
Quality vids , Jimmy
Greetings from Hungary!
You should cut and extend the front lower control arms, probably about 2 inches. Almost the same process as a 240sx
Meet up with Damian confirmed. I mean Skiplet. No, no, Manlet.
Please paint the front bumper white too,it will be much nicer looking.I've been watching since the red Z build, and still love your content Jimmy, keep it up :)
You need to put a bush guard / bull bar on the front of the carry. With a winch
Look into some long travel suspension and possibly solid axles
Saw the I love 90s tee and had to buy one! Instantly subscribed man. Keep killin the game
Put spacers on the wheels to help prevent a tip over
First ever lifted vehicle first time ever using 4lo already in love lol welcome to the dark side jumbo
the off road minni truck needs yellow spotlights on the backbord of the trey and a bullbar and it would be perfect
I’m excited to see if you guys custom fab anything like a bash bar or light bar set up!
“Are you gonna take me in the woods?” 👉🏼👈🏼
I fuckin lost it 🤣
Lifted mini truck is SICK! Cant wait to see the other one slammed
Dude if you still have that subie you should make a lil trail car out of that.
Jimmy dont forgot to pay Rjay tomorrow 😭😭😭 he's killing it with the merch, excellent customer service
The wheels would look sick in gloss black
Really excited to see these things rip in the snow!
I think you would need extended lower control arms or whatever they have on those, would fix the camber for sure
@ 10:10 alright who's ready for more subie shenanigans this winter, I see those wagons out back can't wait to see them get beat on again.
Put spacers on the Suzuki, might rub a little more but you'll be less likely to flip
It looks like a red nose rain deer 🦌 love it
should totally put a td04 in this thing. Take it out the WRX and have some fun.
can you give me more details on where the lift kit came from? also what size and offset are those rims?
The red with the tint is gonna be sick 👌🏼
That what i was wanting for starting my lunch break ! 🤩
Should put bash bars on front
yo jimmy, i have maybe a cool idea for the mini off road truck. delete you front bumper and make custom bull bar!
Congrats Jimmy, it looks so sick! Kinda looks like something is installed wrong on the right front, on video that side looks way worse than the left side camber wise.
Hi Jimmy , Nice video. Where did you get the wheels and lift kit?
Make sure you've got hubcentric spacers if you haven't already!
Jack Cecil from HP Logic has a mini truck with a dump bed
I still dont understand how anybody can dislike this content.
Also run the tire pressure a little lower to give some added grip on trail and softer ride
This thing came out dope. Looks great with the lift and tires
“I’ve seen two inches and that’s not it” you wanna talk RJ?
Y'all put a great big goofy smile on my face with every video. Thanks for the vids and keep it up!
This has recently turned into my favorite channel . Keep it up JimmyO
Jimmy you should get a bed cover for one of them
safe drive! just saw someone post a 10 car accident on the bridge
