I have the next gen Wildtrak v6 with a Lovells GVM / GCM upgrade to 3505 and 7005. I asked about the upper control arms and was told these are definitely NOT required since I was about 40 to 45mm lifted, so do you agree with this information?
It all depends on your wheel alignment, if that has been done by a wheel alignment specialist and is all fine then you don't require it. If however the wheel alignment specialist can't get a good wheel alignment then you'll need one.
@@Sabumnim666 Correct, sadly there is generally no definitive answer when it comes down to wheel alignments and geometry as each vehicle even if the same model is slightly different. So best thing to do is get your wheel alignment checked and then see if you need it.
For the Next-Gen Ranger the 2 inch lift kit starts at $2102 if you don't want any optional extra's like control arms or airbags. Right now though as we have a sale it's down to $1786.70, the sale ends on the 26th of May.
