I must admit I always underestimate GTIs and I need to stop. I ran one yesterday from a roll (no where near as potent as you) with my Durango Hellcat and it took a while to get past him. In my head I thought it would be a puppy kick, color me ignorant 😂. Great video and I’m glad I didn’t tangle with yours.

Yeah man I have a mk7 gti myself they can definitely move. I just respect the honesty and humbleness especially coming from someone driving a power monster hellcat durango.
@@cmalone25ify this is my bought not built car. My 2001 Z28 (6 speed, ls6 cam and bolt-ons all done by me) keeps me grounded 🙂
My MK7 GTI made 580 whp on e85 w Vortex XL beating 700-800 whp cars and I was weighing at 2700 stock is 2972 lbs. Best race that was close was 2023 GT500 making 800 whp 10 speed got him buy 1.5 cars.

@@Jose_bello_Jr I would stay closer to 400 REAL Mustang Dyno wtq, I have the EQT Vortex putting 405 wtq ( 456 dyno jet ) on the Mustang with a 93 tune NO E and with a HPFP only fueling mod. Its a daily driving torque monster that spools soooo fast. With good 93 in sport mode I get zero to 0.38 knock on cyl 3. You get much higher in wtq and you WILL BE BUILDING THE BOTTOM END like it or not.
