Bottom line, Pastors are not supposed to gossip on the pulpit. There are members aware of who just left and “used to serve there for six years.” It’s inappropriate to be venting to the congregation about another brother/sister in Christ…. Whether he attends to or not, it creates animosity and rumors amongst the people. The righteous way would be to take your feelings to the Lord and even your spouse. Even more so, communicate with to the one you feel has done you wrong.

obviously, Mike Todd doesn't hear GOD, pray for his staff and the church. Why would you dis a staff member in front of your congregation or in front of a camera??!?!?!?! Very childish behave. I would leave after hearing that mess. GOD loves him but Mike doesn't understand.

Sadly to say he is NOT teaching gospel! His ministry is showmanship motivational sprinkled with a few scriptures taken out of context.
I do understand why people are leaving because it is devoid teaching about Christ. A lot of his teaching is about him not Christ.
The gospel will leave you with an understanding of Christ. This is really a clown show , if you study the word you would know.

I think that if we take Mike Todd’s ‘side’ on the staff member leaving thing, and they indeed hid the real reason why they left the church behind God telling them to do it, then Todd’s entire reaction to them probably justifies why they never felt comfortable being honest from the start.
Imagine being in the audience & watching him shade a former staff member like that with the cameras out… I’d be thinking “I don’t wanna be the next person he air quotes.” 🤷🏽♂️

When you're spitting in people's eyes claiming to heal them to later have to apologize bc you did absolutely nothing but rub your spit in his eye, no healing whatsoever, buy expensive designer clothing bc you claim it's a conversation starter, pour syrup on the Bible, punt the Bible, buy apple vision goggles as an excuse for your sermon. No amount of props and gimmicks is needed to deliver the word. Flip flopping on your stance on homosexuality and LGBT as so you don't lose any followers, there's literally nothing to wrestle with in that regard. Clown show! 🤡
