As concerns the water you get after breaking the coconuts, you can drink it. It's sweet and delicious. You can leave it in the fridge. When the weather is hot, it's a really refreshing juice. Make Pure Coconut Oil easy and fast. ua-cam.com/video/EXAsDpHVtNM/v-deo.html Now available in Kannada. Visit our Kannada Channel ua-cam.com/video/EXE4RTMD_bw/v-deo.html
Leftover of heated Coconut curd tastes very sour, because of fermentation. Some people like this taste also. It was a extra tip for extracting more oil from the leftover curd. Just shown for viewers. Nobody is shown before Us in UA-cam.
U can also directly heat from fresh coconut milk until all water evaporates and the curd blackened (dark brown granulated). This type of oil smell so good, nice for massage, frying egg for breakfast while the granulated curd (as not fermented and fresh ) also tasty, it's taste sweet savory and smell god damn good. *Don't forget to stir it all the time to avoid burning and use low to medium heat
Thanks for sharing. I followed the video step by step, after taking out from the fridge, I separated the curd and water and let it melt. But my mixture didn't separate into layers. At the end I used your second method, I spent hours to simmer all the mixture and finally extracted some oil. could you tell me the reason why it didn't separate into layers?
Thank you for watching our video, It happens due to unmatured Coconuts or tender coconut verities. Always choose good Coconuts for oil making. You can check your Coconut by eating. If you get a good aroma, creamy taste and thick milk when you chewing the coconut that means it's matured and ready to use. It's water will be very strong taste the punch of toddy - the Palm wine. You didn't mentioned here the quantity you took. Take minimum 3 Coconuts. Try once again with good and matured Coconuts. You did the process correctly. Once you melted the crushed curds, just mix once and keep it for clearing. If you do it fast, keep the melted oil bowl in hot water filled bowl or plate for few minutes. Then wait for clearing the oil, then you can see the separated Oil and curd. Rest as shown in our video.
What did you do with the leftover stuff aftertaking out second round of oil after boiling the curd. Also what do you do with the husk after straining milk.Is it worth using any way.
Thank you for watching our video, Leftover of grated coconut can use for thickening of any type of curry, but don't expect the taste of Coconut from the leftover because we're already extracted the milk from it.
Thank you for watching our video, there are two types of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) we can make at home. One is Cold Pressed (CVCO) and other one is Heat Pressed (HVCO) (HVCO video also uploaded in our channel). the quality of both the VCO are almost same, Scientific research report of a team of Scientists published in a website link is given in description box. please read it for more details. Use of CVCO and HVCO : for internal or medicinal use, CVCO is the best one. CVCO is not recommended for use as a hair oil, because some percentage of moister may contain in CVCO and it will be cause to getting cold for some people. but for baby massage (except head) CVCO is better and it works and cures baby rashes very effectively. HVCO is best for use as a internal as well as external. its a good massage oil for all ages and works better as hair oil.
@@ci9501 actually VCO is not a probiotic, probiotic is a living micro organism, living in yoghurt/curd, kefir and fermented vegetables. Vergin Coconut oil is known for its medium-chain fatty acids, particularly lauric acid, which is believed to have antibacterial and antiviral properties. It also has potential benefits for skin and hair health, and some studies suggest it might have a positive impact on certain aspects of heart health

@@haveenarebecah Thank you for your suggestion, there is a problem with subtitles, it won't come because there is no dialogue in our video and secondly UA-cam itself putting AD on subtitle space. We will take care of any disturbance is happening while watching video. We are always concentrating on video content that's why we are trying to communicate with our viewers with big texts.

You should have told these last steps also ,about the leftover stuff .is it worth eating any way
Leftover of heated Coconut curd tastes very sour, because of fermentation. Some people like this taste also.
It was a extra tip for extracting more oil from the leftover curd. Just shown for viewers. Nobody is shown before Us in UA-cam.
Thank you..useful video
This is alot of patience that I don't have
Great job though
Thank you for watching our video,
Good things take time 😊
Thank you, very nice
where can I find that grater your using? very nice tool
Thank you for watching our video,
This Coconut grater available in South Indian states. And available in Amazon online store also.

Thank you for watching our video,
It happens due to unmatured Coconuts or tender coconut verities.
Well explained.Thank you.
Please can I use hot water to blend the coconut?
What did you do with the leftover stuff aftertaking out second round of oil after boiling the curd.
Also what do you do with the husk after straining milk.Is it worth using any way.
Thank you for watching our video,
Leftover of grated coconut can use for thickening of any type of curry, but don't expect the taste of Coconut from the leftover because we're already extracted the milk from it.
You can use it for kitchen gardens plants
the heated curd let it toast a little more and its good for toppings with native cakes
Good work thank for u teaching
will the hot pressed heat destroy the probiotics in the fermented oil? you had suggested for different usage for both oil, please explain.
Thank you for watching our video,
there are two types of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) we can make at home. One is Cold Pressed (CVCO) and other one is Heat Pressed (HVCO) (HVCO video also uploaded in our channel). the quality of both the VCO are almost same, Scientific research report of a team of Scientists published in a website link is given in description box. please read it for more details.
Use of CVCO and HVCO :
for internal or medicinal use, CVCO is the best one.
@@FoodiesWok thanks for the quick reply. do you think the probiotics is still exist in the HVCO like yoghurt?
@@ci9501 actually VCO is not a probiotic, probiotic is a living micro organism, living in yoghurt/curd, kefir and fermented vegetables.
Vergin Coconut oil is known for its medium-chain fatty acids, particularly lauric acid, which is believed to have antibacterial and antiviral properties. It also has potential benefits for skin and hair health, and some studies suggest it might have a positive impact on certain aspects of heart health
Thank you for clear information 🙂
